An inner wall portion of the sheath wall bounds a receiving space and an outer threading is integrally formed on an outer wall portion of the sheath wall. A pin passage is configured in the bottom wall. A fastening device is provided on the side of the bottom wall opposite the sheath wall for connecting the spacer apparatus to a carrier component. The spacer apparatus includes a pin element arranged in the receiving space for actuating the fastening device, which pin element extends through the pin passage, and a bowl-shaped stopper cap having an inner threading that is engaged with the outer threading and a stopper wall extending orthogonally to an axial direction. The stopper cap and the fastening device are approximately flush with one another in the axial direction.
