    Abstract: Food packaging comprising a container containing food and having an upper opening allowing access to the food, and first removable closure means for the upper opening, an end wall comprising at least one perforated zone having holes that can prevent food from passing through while allowing the passage of steam, the packaging comprising second removable closure means that can close off the holes, the second closure means being accessible from the outside. The packaging also comprises a solid skirt, projecting out from the container surrounding the perforated zone, and having at least one opening, the skirt promoting the passage of steam towards the perforated zone and towards the container.
