  • Publication number: 20230243073
Abstract: A woven tubular liner comprising an outer surface comprising outer wefts and warps and an inner surface comprising inner wefts and the warps, wherein the inner and outer surfaces are connected by the warps, the outer wefts being protected from an environment inside of the tubular linear and the inner wefts being protected from an environment outside of the tubular liner. The method comprises repeating a weaving unit of continuous outer wefts and continuous inner wefts running uninterrupted along a circumferential direction, woven with continuous warps running along a longitudinal direction, offsetting positions of the warps relative to the wefts in the weaving unit, selectively interlacing outer wefts with the warps, and selectively interlacing inner wefts with the warps.

  • Patent number: 11125375
Abstract: A seamless tubular liner for repairing an underground or surface pipe is disclosed, including circumferential wefts consisting of slivers comprising a plurality of staple fibers bundled together, the slivers adapted to elongate through disentanglement of the bundled staple fibers when the seamless tubular liner is subjected to an inflation pressure such that the diameter of the tubular liner is able to expand to accommodate variations of diameter of the pipe being repaired.

  • Patent number: 10386006
Abstract: A method of rehabilitating a network of underground water conduits having at least one lateral opening and a membrane for that purpose is disclosed. The method comprising the steps of blocking and sealing the at least one lateral opening with a membrane impregnated with a hardening resin positioned over the at least one lateral opening, and allowing the resin to harden thereby forming a rigid membrane over the at least one lateral opening.
