Abstract: A portable straddle bag device for furniture, which may be used as an accessory for existing furniture. A straddle member is supported horizontally by the furniture. The generally horizontal straddle member straddles a horizontal plane of furniture, such as a mattress, with the first bag member extending from one end of the straddle member and a second bag member extending from an opposite end of the straddle member. The bag members hang from the opposite ends of the straddle member in a generally horizontal fashion, and provides a place to keep frequently used items in close reach of the user. The sides of the furniture, where the articles are so kept do not interfere with the intended use of the furniture.

Abstract: A pair of shoelace wings are united to each other form a keeper that covers the knot of a shoelace, thereby inhibiting the shoelace from becoming untied, as well as presenting a neat appearance. The device has a right-side wing with a plurality of holes for receiving the shoelaces, and a left-side wing having a plurality of holes for receiving shoelaces. The wings are held in place against the shoe by the cross-lacing of the shoelace. The left wing and the right wing are folded relative to each other, and over the knot, and are held together and in position such as by hook and loop material. The shoelace wings may also cover the shoelaces when the shoelace wings are connected to each other.

Abstract: A reusable bookmark adapted for marking a page or standing alone includes: (a) a body portion in the shape of a character; (b) a clip portion including a clip base and a bendable, elongated clip prop, a rear surface of the clip base being substantially attached to a rear surface of the body portion, the clip prop including a first prop end extending from the clip base, the clip prop further including a flared end section at an opposite, second end of the clip prop, and (c) at least one detachable page marker that is detachably attachable to the body portion, the page marker including a marker attachment mechanism at a first marker end of the page marker, the page marker further including an opposite, second, free marker end; wherein the clip prop further includes at least a closed position and an open position; and wherein in the open position, the flared end section of the clip prop extends away from the clip base.
