  • Publication number: 20210095978
Abstract: Systems and methods for repositioning light electric vehicles are provided. A method can include obtaining, by a computing system, sensor data from one or more sensors located onboard an autonomous light electric vehicle, determining, by the computing system, one or more navigational instructions to reposition the autonomous light electric vehicle based at least in part on the sensor data, and causing, by the computing system, the autonomous light electric vehicle to initiate travel based at least in part on the one or more navigational instructions. The one or more navigational instructions can be one or more navigational instructions associated with repositioning the autonomous light electric vehicle at a light electric vehicle designated parking location, a light electric vehicle charging station, a light electric vehicle collection point, a light electric vehicle rider location, or a light electric vehicle supply positioning location.

  • Patent number: 9746752
Abstract: In some examples, a projection display surface is configured to reflect a first image or image portion in a first direction and a second image or image portion in a second direction. In some cases, first light corresponding to the first image is projected onto a display surface that includes a first plurality of reflectors configured to reflect the first light in a first direction, but not reflect second light corresponding to the second image. The display surface may further include a second plurality of reflectors to reflect the second light in a second direction, but not reflect the first light. In some examples, the first light is within a first wavelength range and the second light is within a second, different wavelength range. In other examples, the first light has a first polarization and the second light has a second, different polarization.

  • Patent number: 9429833
Abstract: A device includes a projection and camera system to create an augmented reality environment in which images are projected onto a scene and user movement within the scene is captured. In one implementation, the projection and camera system are mounted in a movable housing or head that is supported by a repositionable support structure. The housing can be moved to a desired position and then locked into a stationary and stable position for creation of the augmented realty environment.

  • Publication number: 20060275306
Abstract: A stable lyophilized protein formulation is described which can be reconstituted with a suitable diluent to generate a high protein concentration reconstituted formulation which is suitable for subcutaneous administration. For example, anti-IgE and anti-HER2 antibody formulations have been prepared by lyophilizing these antibodies in the presence of a lyoprotectant. The lyophilized mixture thus formed is reconstituted to a high protein concentration without apparent loss of stability of the protein.

  • Patent number: 6300486
Abstract: The present invention describes methods for the production of oligonucleotides under conditions which exploit the desirable characteristics, such as the property of sustaining high degrees of substitution, of functionalized organic polymeric supports while avoiding the sluggish kinetics and low rates of conversion which normally plague syntheses involving such solid supports. By employing the methods and materials disclosed, functionalized support, substituted to a degree of about 250 &mgr;mol/g, can be utilized at greater than 98% conversion levels for each sequential nucleotide coupling cycle, to provide unprecedented amounts of isolated oligonucleotide per gram of solid support.
