The rotating plate or the driving unit has a stopping portion. When the driving unit drives the rotating plate to rotate so the stopping portion moves to a first position and interferes with the carrier, the driving unit applies driving force to the pivot portion of the carrier along a first rotation direction through the rotating plate. When the carrier rotates along the first rotation direction and the driving unit applies driving force to the rotating plate along a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction, the rotating plate rotates relative to the carrier, the stopping portion moves to a second position and interferes with the carrier, and the driving unit applies driving force to the pivot portion of the carrier along the second rotation direction through the rotating plate.

The strip body has an injection opening, a flow channel and a reaction receptacle. The injection opening reaches the first face, the flow channel is in fluid communication between the injection opening and the reaction receptacle, and the flow channel is in fluid communication with the injection opening through a flow channel opening. The blocking element is vertically movably disposed in the injection opening, and the blocking element selectively closes the flow channel opening. Therefore, the back flow of a sample can be prevented, so as to ensure chemical reaction of the sample and a reagent and thus improve accuracy of the test results.

It is convenient for the users to remotely operate the system via any computer with network function. It simplifies the design procedures and reduces the design cost and design time because the engineering model is presented as numerical parameters and the corresponding picture. Furthermore, it is easy to understand and operate by common users without engineering knowledge.
