    Abstract: The present invention discloses a container body structure and a vehicle having the same, the container body structure comprising: a front wall, a rear wall, a left side panel, a right side panel, a roof sheet and a floor, each of them being a separate individual part; and connectors being provided at peripheries of the front wall, the rear wall, the left side panel, the right side panel, the roof sheet and the floor respectively, for cooperating with each other during assembling, in which assembly and disassembly of the container body structure can be realized through assembly and disassembly of the connectors for the front wall, the rear wall, the left side panel, the right side panel, the roof sheet and the floor. Owing to the characteristics of the container body structure of the present invention, the production, transportation and subsequent maintenance of the container body may be simplified, and thus production efficiency may be improved and maintenance cost may be reduced.

    Abstract: A streamline container for a van, comprises a base frame, two side panels and a front end panel mounted on the base frame via floor bearers, and a roof sheet mounted on the two side panels and the front end panel via roof bows. At the outside of the roof bow, there is provided a streamline angle-wrapping component protruding outwards for shunting the airflow. The angle-wrapping component is smoothly and transitionally connected with the roof bow. In the present invention, due to the streamline angle-wrapping component, it is possible to effectively shunt the airflow, significantly decrease the wind resistance during the running of the van and help to reduce the energy consumption of the van.

    Abstract: An inner top corner connector of a container body which comprises an angled fitting made of elastic ABS or PVC material and having an angle of 95°-105°, an inner roof sheet connecting portion of the angled fitting is provided with an outer seal blade inclining upward near an end thereof at an outer side thereof. An inner side panel connecting portion of the angled fitting is provided with a connecting plate for connecting a top end of the inner side panel of the container body. The connecting plate is provided with a guide blade. An inserting groove is jointly formed by the guide blade, the inner side panel connecting portion and a part of the connecting plate. The inner roof sheet connecting portion and the inner side panel connecting portion have warping portions directing outward at ends thereof, respectively.

    Abstract: A connector for connecting an outer plate of side panels and an outer corner post of a container body comprises a connecting plate for connecting the outer plate and the outer corner post of the container body and a cover plate. The connecting plate is perpendicularly provided with a strengthening stop plate at an inner side of a middle portion thereof and a stop groove for receiving the outer plate at an outer side of the middle portion thereof, and provided with a seat plate parallel to a base plate of the stop groove at an end thereof connecting the outer corner post. Two clipping strips are symmetrically provided on opposite sides of the seat plate and the base plate of the stop groove. The cover plate is provided with two elastic clipping strips which respectively engage with the two clipping strips and have a hook-shape cross section.

    Abstract: A wear-proof plate structure for a side sheet of a container body comprises a wear-proof plate with a wavy cross-section and an angular bottom corner seal connected with the wear-proof plate. The wear-proof plate has a body part with at least 2 full waves. An upper end of the body part is of wave peak and provided with an interface slot which opens upward and is connected with a lower end of an internal sheet of the container side sheet by plug connection. A lower end of the wear-proof plate is of wave trough and extends to form a planar connection board. A bending portion at lower end of the wear-proof plate is provided with a plug-in slot which opens toward a wave trough direction and is connected with an upper end of a vertical part of the bottom corner seal by plug connection. Holes for mounting fastening screws are arranged in a connection board at the lower end of the wear-proof plate.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a transportation frame for an oversize container or the like and a method of installing the frame onto the container or the like. The transportation frame includes a top frame body comprising two top corner fittings each provided with a top corner fitting hole, a bottom frame body comprising two bottom corner fittings each provided with a bottom corner fitting hole, and a plurality of posts each having two ends connected to the top frame body and the bottom frame body respectively. The orientations of the two top corner fitting holes and the distance therebetween, and the orientations of the two bottom corner fitting holes and the distance therebetween satisfy the requirements for coupling with corner fittings of neighboring stacked containers. With the invention, non-standard containers may be easily hoisted, stacked and transported. Moreover, the transportation frame can be easily operated and stored while being reusable.
