  • Patent number: 4432959
Abstract: A process for producing sodium cyanurate in the powdery form is disclosed. In this method, iso cyanuric acid is reacted with sodium carbonate or sodium hydrogencarbonate or a mixture of sodium carbonate and sodium hydrogencarbonate by mixing the raw materials in powdery form and in the presence of water in a range, in which hydrates can be formed from the raw materials at room temperature, while holding the system at a temperature at which free water can be produced.

  • Patent number: 4394336
Abstract: Production of tablets of sodium dichloroisocyanurate which dissolve gradually and smoothly in water without causing any undesirable collapse and swelling. The sodium dichloroisocyanurate with a regulated moisture content is tabletted and then the resulting tablets are thermally treated under specific conditions.

  • Patent number: 4296051
Abstract: A method of producing granular sodium dichloroisocyanurate, comprises the steps of forming thin columnar pellets of sodium dichloroisocyanurate from wet powdery solids thereof obtained in the manufacturing process, drying the pellets to remove free water therein, compacting, crushing and screening. According to this method, granular sodium dichloroisocyanurate in the form of anhydride, monohydrate or dihydrate may be obtained by controlling the temperature and the humidity of heating air used in the drying step.

  • Patent number: 4261942
Abstract: Tablets of sodium dichloroisocyanurate, produced with a specific moisture content, have flame resistance and thermal stability to avoid chain reaction thermal decomposition. Granular raw material for tabletting is prepared by forming columnar pellets of wet sodium dichloroisocyanurate obtained in the manufacturing process, drying the pellets to remove free water therein and to regulate the moisture content thereof to between 7 and 11%, compacting and crushing the pellets to obtain granules and then tabletting the granules under relatively low surface pressure.

  • Patent number: 4143322
Abstract: A carrier wave recovery apparatus of the decision feedback type having analog multipliers of lower dynamic range. The modulated signal is phase detected by comparison with a VCO signal. The analog multipliers receive a signal derived by subtraction of the phase detected signal from the same phase detected signal compared with a reference. That signal is multiplied in an analog multiplier by the phase detected signal or by the signal produced from comparing the phase detected signal with a reference.

  • Patent number: 4134075
Abstract: For a pair of detection signals derived by coherent quadrature detection from an amplitude-and-phase modulated signal, a demodulator comprises a pair of quantizer sections each of which produces a quantized signal serving as a part of a regenerated data signal, a quantization error signal, and a "first path" signal given by that portion of the quantized signal which indicates one and the other of the plus and the minus sides of the signal reference plane known in the art. The signals produced by the quantizer sections are used to control a voltage controlled oscillator for reproducing a carrier signal for use in the coherent detection. Each quantizer section may comprise at least one quantization circuit and at least one quantization error deriving subtractor. Alternatively, the quantization may be carried out in a space or a time division fashion.

  • Patent number: 4079371
Abstract: An arrangement responsive to input digital signals for producing output digital signals at a higher rate together with stuffing pulses comprises a first frequency divider responsive to input clock pulses defining the rate of the input signals for producing write-in pulses for storing the input digital signals in a memory. A voltage controlled oscillator produces output clock pulses at the higher rate, which pulses are supplied directly and through a circuit responsive to the output clock pulses for supplying stuffing-pulse-position specifying pulses to a second frequency divider for producing read-out pulses for making the memory produce the output signals.

  • Patent number: 3978406
Abstract: A code error detection system in a digital phase modulation communication system comprises on the transmitter side a first code train generator for generating a pseudo-random code train and a second code train generator for generating codes which are complementary to each other at n-bit intervals. A 4-phase phase modulator is driven by another code representative of the exclusive OR function of the pseudo-random and complementary codes.
