Abstract: The present invention is a fan motor for use in various types of electronic equipment, more particularly fan motors which may cool heat radiating electronic parts, in which the object is (a) to prevent noise caused by the air-cutting sound of the fan motor, (b) to allow easy alteration of the blowing direction, and (c) to eliminate damage caused by the counter electromotive force of the field magnetic coil.The fan motor of the present invention consists of (a) a rotor formed by installing permanent magnets on a vane wheel, and (b) a stator formed by installing an electromagnet and a magnetic body on the inside circumferential surface of a casing. A circumferential-edge ring is installed on the vane wheel, so that noise caused by the air-cutting sound of the fan motor is prevented. A conductive circuit is connected to the field magnetic coil of the electromagnet, and the aforementioned magnetic body can be selectively positioned in a relatively advanced angular position (P.sub.

Abstract: A process for producing 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone with a high yield which comprises reacting N,N'-dimethylethylene diamine and/or its hydrochloride with phosgene in the presence of a substantial amount of water and a dehydrochlorinating agent. Particularly, higher yield is attained by carrying out the reaction in water medium while controlling a pH to the range of 3.0 to 10.0 by adding a dehydrochlorinating agent.

Abstract: Automatically fastening seatbelt system, wherein an anchor plate engaged with one of restraining webbings is connected through a support device to a driving force transmitting member and made movable along a guide rail, whereby the webbings are automatically fastened to an occupant, a release device is provided at a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail, and the operation of the support device is released by the operation of the release device to release the anchor plate from the guide rail.
