    Abstract: A production process of a film roll according to the present invention includes a step of melt-extruding and cooling wherein polyamide based resin is melt-extruded and cooled in a sheet form onto a movable cooling material surface to obtain an unstretched sheet; a step of biaxial stretching wherein an unstretched sheet is stretched biaxially in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction; and a winding-up step of taking up the biaxially stretched film in a roll form. And in the step of melt-extruding and cooling, corona discharge in a streamer corona state is performed between an electrode applied with high dc voltage and the polyamide based resin sheet in the melted state, and sufficient electric charges that enable the polyamide based resin sheet in the melted state to come in close contact with the movable cooling material surface are imparted.
