    Abstract: There is provided a process capable of preventing the adhesion of a catalyst to an evaporator in a step of separating a chlorophosphite as a target substance from a reaction liquid by evaporation. The process includes a first step of allowing phosphorus trichloride and a phosphorous acid triester represented by (RO)3P to react in the presence of a catalyst having a viscosity at 80° C. of 100 mPa·s or lower to produce a chlorophosphite represented by RO(R?)PCl, and a second step of vaporizing a reaction liquid containing the chlorophosphite obtained in the first step, in a short time, to separate the catalyst.

Each hard portion is formed between insertion holes that are adjacent to each other and is less elastically deformable than the shock absorbing portion.

Each of the cut-raised portions corresponds to a respective heat exchanger tube and includes first and second opposed side ends connected to the main body of the fin. The first side end is nearer to the corresponding heat exchanger tube than is the second side end, the first side end is longer than the second side end, and the first side end is disposed at a downstream side of the flow of the second fluid, facing the corresponding heat exchanger tube.

    Abstract: A data transmission device transmits a data broadcast using a narrow unused broadcasting band in a digital broadcast, and to record the data broadcast, which has been received, on a receiving side so that the receiving side can play back the data broadcast after a data stream is totally recorded. The transmission device generates a first data stream, which is recorded on a recording medium on a receiving side, and a second data stream including audio and video data, which is transmitted as a broadcasting program. The transmission device multiplexes the first and the second data streams and then transmits the multiplexed data stream. The transmission of the multiplexed data stream is controlled so that a transmission rate for the multiplexed data stream does not exceed the maximum transmission rate, and so that a transmission rate for the first data stream becomes lower than that for the second data stream.

When the viewer commands the decoder to enter the lot for the present, the decoder accesses a present call center and an automatic lots-drawing system draws lots.
