  • Publication number: 20090126187
Abstract: A member supporting method for supporting a member using support pins includes: an abutting step (S1) of abutting an end of each of a plurality of support pins facing a surface to be supported of the member against the member by moving the plurality of support pins in a supporting direction which is a direction in which the support pins support the member; and a fixing step (S2) of fixing the plurality of support pins in position with the end of each of the plurality of support pins abutted against the member and located along irregularities on the surface to be supported in the abutting step (S1), and thereby restricting movement of the plurality of support pins in both directions parallel to the supporting direction.

  • Patent number: 7043149
Abstract: In order to heat and warm only the amount of water required in immediate future and to reduce a power consumption by avoiding warming of unnecessary water, a main body provided with a water storage container and a water heating container can be attached and detached and a water heating amount or a water warming amount to be heated at one time is reduced and divided, thus, power consumption during warming is reduced. Furthermore, since the water storage container is provided independently, water supply can be carried out conveniently regardless of the state of the water-heating container. Water supply to the water-heating container is carried out automatically using a water amount sensor, hence no operation by a user is required.

  • Patent number: 6114779
Abstract: A sub control panel for use in maintenance work has a control switch, enable switches and manipulation prohibition members. The sub control panel is configured such that the control switch is not activated unless the enable switches are being kept ON by one hand of the operator and the operator is prevented by the manipulation prohibition members from manipulating with the one hand from turning ON the enable switches. When the sub control panel is to be used, the operator must use both hands and is hindered from inserting both hands to a driven part of a machine to be subjected to maintenance work when the machine is operating.

  • Patent number: 5263569
Abstract: A substrate supply apparatus includes a substrate-accommodating section for accommodating a substrate on which electronic components are to be mounted, a substrate-width-adjusting device, a transporting device, a substrate-sucking device, and an elevating device. The accommodating section has substrate-width-regulating sections a distance between which can be adjusted in a width direction of the substrate. The adjusting device adjusts the distance between the regulating sections by moving one of the regulating sections in the width direction. The transporting device is supported by the regulating sections, has a pair of rails, is arranged above the accommodating section, and transports the substrate to an electronic component-mounting apparatus. The sucking device has a long substrate-sucking arm and a plurality of short substrate-sucking arms. Each of the substrate-sucking short arms is position-changeably installed on the long substrate-sucking arm.

  • Patent number: 4369819
Abstract: A lead wire forming apparatus for electric parts having a body member and coaxial lead wires extending from opposite ends of the body member, the apparatus being for bending each lead wire in the same direction perpendicularly to the axis of the body member. The apparatus has a pair of spaced opposed chucks for chucking the body member by relative movement toward the body member in directions perpendicular to the lead wires, and a pair of spaced parallel forming guides each having a guiding groove in the edge thereof opposed to the other forming guide and having a size for receiving a corresponding lead wire therein.
