    Abstract: An air intake device for an automotive vehicle which comprises a upper shroud member interconnecting front ends of a pair of wheel apron reinforcements and a radiator disposed below the upper shroud member. An intake port of an intake duct for the vehicle is disposed near an upper portion of the upper shroud member. The air intake device also includes a sealing panel member disposed in front of the upper shroud member for forming an air passage which leads fresh air to the intake port. The sealing panel member comprises a pair of panels which forms a part of the air passage between both inside ends of the panels.
