  • Patent number: 11299007
Abstract: A support device secures first tubes and second tubes to a vehicle body. The first tubes and the second tubes extend outward from an air conditioning case of a vehicle air conditioning system. The support device is outside the air conditioning case. The support device includes a first bracket in contact with the first tubes, and a second bracket in contact with the second tubes. The support device includes a common bracket coupled to both of the first bracket and the second bracket. The common bracket and the first bracket are in contact with the first tubes from opposite sides, holding the first tubes therebetween. The common bracket and the second bracket are in contact with the refrigerant tubes from opposite sides, holding the refrigerant tubes therebetween.

  • Patent number: 11142043
Abstract: An air-conditioning case of a vehicular air-conditioning unit has a cooler accommodation portion defining a cooler accommodation space in which a cooler is accommodated, and a downstream portion defining a downstream space. The cooler accommodation portion includes an accommodation bottom portion defining a bottom portion space. The accommodation bottom portion includes a drainage hole through which condensed water is drained, and the drainage hole is located closer to one end of the accommodation bottom portion than to another end in a longitudinal direction of a lower end of the cooler. A bottom surface of the accommodation bottom portion is inclined with respect to a horizontal line. The air-conditioning case includes a bottom portion rib. The bottom portion rib includes a communication slit. The communication slit is located closer to the one end than to the other end in the longitudinal direction.

  • Patent number: 10513162
Abstract: An air conditioner for a vehicle has a housing. The housing defines an air passage therein, includes a suction port, and houses a blower fan. The blower fan draws an air from the suction port and discharges the air into the air passage. The housing includes a facing portion that faces an inlet defining member including an air inlet. The facing portion includes the suction port. The facing portion has a rib that protrudes from the facing portion toward the inlet defining member. The facing portion and the rib define at least a part of an air guiding passage that guides the air from the air inlet to the suction port.

  • Patent number: 7992606
Abstract: The offset amount that a sacrificial rib road contact surface is recessed to the inner side of a tire with regards to a shoulder rib road contact surface is equal to 0, and a circumferential fine groove is provided such that the opening side thereof is located on the inner side when the tire is filled to a proper internal pressure. The dimension Ws in the tire width direction of the shoulder rib road contact surface and the dimension Wa in the tire width direction of the sacrificial rib road contact surface are set such that 0.10?Wa/Ws?0.2. The dimension Wb in the tire width direction of the sacrificial rib road contact surface when the groove depth of the circumferential main grooves has worn 20% is set in a range such that 0.25?Wb/Ws?0.30.

  • Publication number: 20100122759
Abstract: [Problem] To improve uneven wear resistance. [Resolution Means] The offset amount H that the road contact surface of a sacrifice rib 42 is recessed to the inner side in the tire radial direction with regards to the road contact surface of a shoulder rib 41 is equal to 0, and a circumferential fine groove 5 is provided at an angle such that the opening side thereof is located on the inner side in the tire width direction when the tire is filled to a proper internal pressure. Furthermore, with regards to the dimension Ws in the tire width direction of the road contact surface of the shoulder rib of a new tire, the dimension Wa in the tire width direction of the road contact surface of the sacrifice rib of a new tire is set such that 0.10?Wa/Ws?0.2, the dimension Wb in the tire width direction of the road contact surface of the sacrifice rib when the groove depth of the circumferential main grooves has worn 20% is set in a range such that 0.25?Wb/Ws?0.
