The capacitor type humidity sensor includes a sensing capacitor (CS) connected between negative (?) drive voltage terminal (?VDRV) and an inverting terminal (?) of an operational amplifier, and a reference capacitor (CR) connected between positive (+) drive voltage terminal (+VDRV) and an output node (a) of the sensing capacitor (CS), wherein the sensing capacitor (CS) is configured to trim the reference capacitor (CR).
