  • Publication number: 20220184741
Abstract: According to one implementation, a laser peening processing apparatus includes a laser oscillator, a condensing lens, an optical element, a liquid tank and a beam expander. The laser oscillator oscillates laser light. The condensing lens condenses the laser light on a surface of an object. The optical element changes a travelling direction of the laser light. The liquid tank inputs the laser light into liquid, and emits and ejects the laser light and the liquid from an exit to the surface. The beam expander adjusts a magnifying ratio of a beam diameter of the laser light entering into the condensing lens. By adjusting the magnifying ratio, a beam diameter of the laser light irradiating the surface becomes a diameter required for laser peening processing of the surface. The adjusting the magnifying ratio also prevents the laser light, having an excess beam diameter, from entering into the optical element.

  • Patent number: 7891997
Abstract: A card connector (1) includes an insulative housing and a plurality of conductive terminals mounted on the housing. A card guiding mechanism has a slide member for guiding the electronic card as it moves within the card connector. The slide member is moveable along a path between an initial card insertion position and a fully inserted position. An urging member urges the slide member in a direction opposite to the card insertion direction to thereby ejecting a card by moving the slide member. A shell is mounted on the housing and covers at least the slide member and a part of the electronic card upon insertion of the card into the card connector. One of the housing and the shell has a guide surface with a bulge projecting into the path of the slide member and upon movement of the slide member from the fully inserted position to the initial card insertion position, the slide member engages the bulge (62; 11j) to slow the movement of the slide member.

  • Publication number: 20100024344
Abstract: A reinforcing bar joint 1 includes a sleeve 2 having an elliptic section, and a wedging means 4. The wedging means 4 is composed of wedge members 4a, 4b which are pressed into between reinforcing bars 5a, 5b. The press-in positions of these wedge members 4a, 4b are spaced away from each other so that the reinforcing bars 5a, 5b, the sleeve 2, and the wedge members 4a, 4b are integrated in the area lying between the press-in positions. This can also move the points of action of tensile forces acting on the reinforcing bars outward, thereby increasing the distance between the points of action and reducing the amount of rotation of the sleeve 2.

  • Publication number: 20090308017
Abstract: A reinforcing bar anchorage 1 in accordance with the present invention includes a sleeve 2 having an ellipsoidal cross-sectional shape, an anchoring member 3, and a wedge member 6. The anchoring member 3 includes a steel plate 5 having a substantially circular plate-like body and a connection rod 4 provided upright on the steel plate. The connection rod 4 is formed from a straight steel rod having a circular cross-section. The sleeve 2 is configured such that the connection rod 4 and the reinforcing bar 11 can be inserted thereinto while the connection rod 4 and the reinforcing bar 11 can be parallel to each other so as to overlap each other by a predetermined length. Wedge insertion holes 9, 9 are formed in the sleeve 2 between the reinforcing bar 11 and the connection rod 4 so as to be opposed to each other. A wedge member 6 is designed to be inserted into the wedge insertion holes 9, 9 for press-fitting.

  • Publication number: 20040235329
Abstract: The present invention relates to a socket connector, and more particularly, to provide a socket connector that may prevent the upward movement on both sides of cover portions with respect to an axis of one shaft of an L-shaped lever when the lever is moved from a first position to a second position, and vice versa The socket connector includes a socket body, an L-shaped lever supported swingably about one shaft thereof, a semiconductor package tray plate mounted slidably on the socket body, and a cover formed integrally with the semiconductor package tray plate for covering one shaft of the L-shaped lever, wherein in the case where the L-shaped lever is swung, an eccentric portion formed integrally with the one shaft biases the cover whereby the semiconductor package tray plate is slidingly moved. The socket connector further includes means for limiting the upward movement of cover portions located on both sides of an axis of the one shaft of the L-shaped lever.
