  • Publication number: 20230272183
Abstract: A carbonaceous filler-containing polyols dispersion obtained by blending a carbonaceous filler with polyols, wherein the carbonaceous filler has a component content (anhydrous basis weight) with 80% or more fixed carbon, less than 8% volatile content, and less than 4% ash content by industrial analysis, the carbonaceous filler has a phenolic hydroxy group per external specific surface area of 0.005 mmol/m2 or more, the carbonaceous filler is a carbon based material having an average particle diameter (D50) of 0.1 to 100 ?m, and the carbonaceous filler-containing polyols dispersion is characterized by including 1 to 80 parts by weight of the carbonaceous filler with respect to 100 parts by weight of the polyols.

  • Patent number: 7137210
Abstract: According to the measuring head, the zero point and the amount of front travel settings are facilitated. Firstly, the amount of front travel is set by allowing contacts 34, 34 to abut a master 50. Then, rotating the lever 42 in a direction indicated by an arrow E, or a close position, causes the bearing member 36 to be fastened to the swinging support shaft 28. At this time, a restoring force, or a force caused by reaction, of the bearing member 36 transferred from the bearing member 36 through the arm 38, cam plate 40 and shaft 48 to the measurement lever 32 causes the measurement lever 32 to deflect by an amount that equals to the amount of front travel, and therefore from the position where the amount of front travel is set to the zero point position. This automatically sets the zero point position.

  • Patent number: 5254325
Abstract: A process for preparing a carbon black which can control the particle size distribution and aggregate size distribution of the carbon black. This apparatus comprises a combustion chamber, a cylindrical throat more contracted than the combustion chamber, which is adapted for forming a plug flow of the hot gas, downstream of said throat, an expanding venturi portion downstream of said throat, and a carbon black reaction chamber; and a process comprising forming a plug flow of the hot gas in at least the cylindrical throat and the expanding venturi portion; and feeding a hydrocarbon material from hydrocarbon material spraying nozzles provided at two or more axially separate sites in the expanding venturi portion.
