  • Publication number: 20240125489
Abstract: The outdoor unit (1000) includes a housing whose inside is divided into a fan chamber (110) and a machine chamber (120). A compressor and a reactor that are heat-generating components are provided in a lower area of the machine chamber (120). An electric board (50) including a printed circuit board (51) and an electric component (52), and an electric component box (10) constituted by an inner box (11) and an outer box (12) and accommodating the electric board are provided above the heat-generating components. A lower face of the inner box (first thermal insulation plate) and a lower face of the outer box (second thermal insulation plate) constitute a double thermal insulation plate (10a).

  • Publication number: 20240128912
Abstract: A power converter includes: a rectifying and boosting unit that rectifies first alternating-current power supplied from a commercial power supply and boosts a voltage of the first alternating-current power; a capacitor connected to an output end of the rectifying and boosting unit; an inverter to convert power output from the rectifying and boosting unit and the capacitor into second alternating-current power, and output the second alternating-current power to a device; and a control unit that reduces a current flowing through the capacitor by controlling the rectifying and boosting unit and by controlling the inverter such that the inverter outputs, to the device, the second alternating-current power containing a ripple dependent on a ripple of power flowing from the rectifying and boosting unit into the capacitor. The control unit controls operation of the power converter in accordance with an air-conditioning condition of an air conditioner.

  • Publication number: 20240074460
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a carbonated beverage that provides a good cooling sensation at the time of drinking, a production method thereof, and a method of improving cooling sensation of a carbonated beverage. The present invention relates to, for example, a carbonated beverage containing ethyl glycoside and at least one of citric acid or its salt, wherein a citric acid equivalent total concentration of the at least one of citric acid or its salt is 50 ppm or more, a ratio (B)/(A) of an ethyl glycoside concentration (B) to the citric acid equivalent total concentration (A) of the at least one of citric acid or its salt is 0.0003 to 200, and an ethanol concentration is less than 0.5 v/v %.

  • Patent number: 5635468
Abstract: The present invention relates to a liquefying alkaline .alpha.-amylase having the enzymatic properties described below, a production process thereof and a detergent composition containing the same.1) Action:It hydrolyzes .alpha.-1,4-glucosidic linkages in starches, amylose, amylopectin and partial degradation products thereof and from amylose, forms glucose (G1), maltose (G2), maltotriose (G3), maltotetraose (G4), maltopentaose (G5) and maltohexaose (G6). It however does not act on pullulan.2) Isoelectric point:It has an isoelectric point higher than 8.5 when measured by an isoelectric focusing electrophoresis. The amylase according to the present invention has a liquefying activity capable of permitting degrading starches and starchy polysaccharides at high random, and has an optimum pH on the alkaline side. Owing to the high isoelectric point, it can be purified readily. Detergents with the amylase incorporated therein have excellent detergency especially against the soil of smeared food.

  • Patent number: 4370228
Abstract: A magnetic belt conveyor type magnetic particle separator comprises a storage tank for storing cutting oil containing magnetic particles, an endless belt conveyor extending sidewise from the storage tank in an upwardly inclined direction, and a magnet disposed beneath the forward run of the belt conveyor to extend in the direction of running thereof. Magnetic particles contained in the cutting oil are attracted by the forces of the magnet to the upper surface of the forward run of the belt conveyor to be conveyed up to the forward run end thereof and separated therefrom at the forward run end for being discharged.
