  • Patent number: 11212411
Abstract: An information processing apparatus, an information processing method, and a non-transitory recording medium. The information processing apparatus receives an initialization instruction from an external apparatus, initializes second information among first information and the second information stored in a first memory in response to the initialization instruction, notifies the external apparatus of completion of initialization of the second information, and initializes the first information after the completion of initialization of the second information is notified to the external apparatus.

  • Patent number: 10782769
Abstract: A communication device includes a communication circuit and circuitry. The communication circuit executes a function related to communication. The circuitry detects an input signal input to the communication circuit, transitions the communication device between a first power state, and a second power state in which the communication device consumes less power than in the first power state, and changes a clock frequency of the communication circuit. When the input signal is detected in the second power state of the communication device, the circuitry changes the clock frequency of the communication circuit while maintaining the second power state.

  • Publication number: 20200104656
Abstract: A recording medium feed apparatus includes a manual feed unit, a first detection unit configured to detect a first size corresponding to a size in a first direction of a recording medium placed on the manual feed unit, a second detection unit configured to detect a second size corresponding to a size in a second direction of the recording medium placed on the manual feed unit, the second direction being different from the first direction, a memory configured to store priority setting information, which is to be preferentially used for the recording medium feed apparatus, and circuitry configured to estimate at least one candidate size of the recording medium based on the first size, the second size, and the priority setting information, and to display the at least one candidate size, on a display, as a candidate size of the recording medium.
