  • Publication number: 20100324249
Abstract: The present invention is to provide a method for chemically modifying the inner surfaces of channels capable of further regulating characteristics of the internal environment of channels, by forming a polymer complex having a specific channel group B, the channel environmental characteristics of which are regulated by a specific substituent A, followed by utilizing the channels of the channel group B as a reaction field to convert the substituent A to a different substituent, and also to provide a polymer complex having highly specific channel environmental characteristics obtained by the chemical modification method.

  • Patent number: 7765888
Abstract: A steering apparatus comprises a bearing for supporting a pinion shaft so as to be rotatable and a high-rigidity member for holding the bearing in a state where it is positioned with respect to a housing. The housing comprises cylindrical first and second housings whose respective ends are fitted to each other. The first and second housings respectively comprise first and second receiving sections directly or indirectly receiving an outer ring of the bearing in an axial direction. The outer ring of the bearing is held between the high-rigidity member and the second receiving section, so that the axial movement of the bearing relative to the first and second housings is regulated.

  • Patent number: 7750932
Abstract: A light source, a polygon mirror mechanism, a deflection lens, and a mirror unit are housed in a casing. The mirror unit includes a base member of metal fixed to the casing and a mirror supporting plate attached to the base member. The mirror supporting plate is formed by a metal flat plate and includes a mirror supporting section. A holder member is attached to the mirror supporting section. An end of the mirror is held in the holder member by a spring member. The holder member is rotatable around an axis of the mirror. When the holder member is rotated, an angle of the mirror changes. After the angle of the mirror is adjusted, the holder member is fixed to the mirror supporting section by a fixing member.

  • Publication number: 20100105901
Abstract: Disclosed is a synthesis method for synthesizing in a short time and selectively a microcrystal of a polymer complex having three three-dimensionally and regularly arranged channels. Specifically disclosed is a synthesis method of a polymer complex crystal wherein (1) a metallic solution, which is a mixture of zinc halide(II) and a solvent A that can dissolve the zinc halide, is mixed with (2) a ligand solution, which is a mixture of a tridentate ligand that has three coordination sites coordinated to zinc of the zinc halide and a solvent B that can dissolve the tridentate ligand, to be a single-phase solution, thereby synthesizing a microcrystal of a polymer complex having a three-dimensional coordination network formed by coordinating the tridentate ligand to the zinc and having channels that are three-dimensionally and regularly arranged in the three-dimensional coordination network.

  • Patent number: 7681798
Abstract: A first wall is installed on a bottom portion of a housing along an outer peripheral thereof orthogonally to the bottom portion. A second wall is installed opposite to the first wall at a predetermined interval. Between the first wall and the second wall, a first rib parallel with the bottom portion for connecting the first wall and second wall is installed. Further, under the first rib, second ribs orthogonal to the bottom portion for connecting the first wall, second wall, and first rib are installed at fixed intervals. Furthermore, above the first rib, third ribs orthogonal to the bottom portion having the same height as that of the first wall and second wall for connecting the first wall and second wall are arranged so as to be shifted in position from the second ribs.

  • Publication number: 20100017646
Abstract: When a first server node fails in a cluster system, a client node device transmits failure detection information to a second server node device. Upon receipt of the failure detection information, the second server node device transmits a survival confirmation request to the first server node device. When receiving no survival confirmation response from the first server node device, the second server node device determines that the first server node device has failed and starts the switching control of a server node device which performs a service process. Upon receipt of failure detection information, the second server node device starts switching control when further receiving failure detection information from another client node device.

  • Publication number: 20090238605
Abstract: In a laser exposure device according to the present invention, a positioning pin, which is formed in a lens holder supporting a lens system, is inserted through an elongated hole for restriction of a board holder supporting a laser diode. An eccentric cam is inserted into an elongated hole for rotation movement formed in a board holder and a circular hole for rotation movement which is formed in the lens holder and which faces the elongated hole for rotation movement. An eccentric cam is inserted into an elongated hole for slide movement formed in the board holder and a circular hole for slide movement which is formed in the lens holder and which faces the elongated hole for slide movement. The eccentric cams are rotated to relatively move the board holder and lens holder with respect to each other to thereby establish alignment between the optical axes of the laser diode and lens system.
