  • Publication number: 20140008628
Abstract: An organic EL device includes a metal layer which is provided with a nano-order-sized unevenness on one surface and plural organic layers which include a light emitting layer provided on the one surface side of the metal layer, and a height of each unevenness at respective interfaces in the organic layer is made smaller than an unevenness provided on the metal layer. According to the above configuration, the unevenness on one surface of the metal layer changes a surface plasmon to a propagation light and a light loss can be suppressed, and moreover, each unevenness of respective interfaces of the respective organic layers is made smaller than the unevenness on the surface of the metal layer, so that a short circuit inside the device can be suppressed.

  • Publication number: 20130320324
Abstract: An organic EL device includes: a first substrate having electrical conductivity; an organic layer formed on the first substrate; a second substrate having translucency; and an electrode layer formed on the second substrate. The electrode layer on the first substrate and the organic layer on the second substrate contact each other. The organic layer is not formed in the peripheral portion of the second substrate. In the region where the organic layer is not formed, a portion of the electrode layer is provided to extend, and the first substrate is not present to face the extended electrode layer, and the portion of the electrode layer is exposed to form an electrode portion. Thus, the electrode portion can be formed by a simple procedure in which, for example, the first substrate is removed, and the organic EL device can be efficiently manufactured.

  • Patent number: 7540660
Abstract: When a safety switch is ON in step S1, and a movement lock portion and a safety lock portion are locked in step S2, a movement lock switch becomes inoperable and a detachment/attachment lock release button becomes operable. When a detachment/attachment lock portion is released in step S3, an imaging portion becomes attachable or detachable in step S4a or S4b. If the imaging portion is present, a type detecting unit discriminates its type in step S7. Adjustment is performed so that a weight is balanced with a total weight of the discriminated imaging portion and the holder in step S8.

  • Patent number: 7262911
Abstract: A reflex-type screen includes a base which has saw-tooth appearance, and an optical absorption layer on one edge of each saw-tooth of the base. The base consists of white resin and includes a plurality of projector side inclined planes and non-projector side inclined planes, which are alternately provided to form the saw-tooth appearance. The projector side inclined planes are oriented so that the image light from the projector may be incident on them, while the non-projector side inclined planes are oriented so that the image light from the projector may not be incident on them. The optical absorption layer is formed on each of the non-projector side inclined planes of the base to absorb the light. The projector side inclined plane reflects the image light just in front of the observer of the reflex-type screen from the projector.
