    Abstract: An exhaust hood in an embodiment includes: an outer casing; and an annular diffuser which is provided on a downstream side of a final turbine stage and formed by a cylindrical steam guide and a cylindrical bearing cone provided inside the steam guide. The steam guide includes a curved guide and a flat-plate guide which is provided on a downstream side of the curved guide. When a cross section of the outer casing vertical to the rotation axis of the turbine rotor is viewed from the downstream side of the steam guide, expansion outward in the radial direction of the flat-plate guide is set based on D/H where a distance between the rotation axis of the turbine rotor and an inner surface of the outer casing is H and a distance between the rotation axis of the turbine rotor and a downstream end of the flat-plate guide is D.

Only the metal-fiber knit is spot-welded to that opening peripheral part of the burner frame which is positioned on a same surface as the opening. The distribution plate is spot-welded to that portion of the burner frame which is offset from the opening peripheral part toward the burner-body side.

The liquid crystal control circuit includes an inversion unit that inverts polarity of AC voltage in a first mode in which an enable signal is output. The AC voltage being is applied to the display element in synchronization with outputting of the enable signal. The enable signal activates the image signal output to the MIP liquid crystal panel.

    Abstract: A totally aerated combustion burner is provided with a combustion plate part through which air-fuel mixture is ejected. The combustion plate part includes: a porous body made of metal fibers; and a distribution plate stacked on a back surface of the porous body, the distribution plate having formed therein a multitude of distribution holes, thereby enabling reduction in cost. The porous body is formed by nonwoven fabric made by laminating metal fibers in the form of felt. A front surface of the nonwoven fabric is covered by a meshed sheet made of metal. Preferably, the meshed sheet is made by knitting a wire member into the form of a mesh, the wire member being formed by bundling together a plurality of metal fibers. The mesh size of the meshed sheet shall preferably be below a flame-out distance of the air-fuel mixture to be ejected out of the combustion plate part.
