  • Patent number: 8698793
Abstract: Movement means moves, in accordance with a user performing an operation, a moving object including a vehicle object, and a rider object riding the vehicle object, and the vehicle object and the rider object are positioned in the virtual world. Contact determination region defining means defines at least one contact determination region for the moving object. Contact determination means determines a contact in the virtual world by using the at least one contact determination region. Contact action control means selects a foot, of the rider object, which is to contact a contact object positioned in the virtual world, in accordance with a determination result of the contact determination means, and performs control such that the selected foot contacts the contact object. • Patent number: 8698794
Abstract: In a virtual three-dimensional space, an overhead image of a region in the virtual three-dimensional space is shot by a virtual camera provided in the virtual three-dimensional space. Next, it is determined whether or not the information about a color included in the shot overhead image satisfies a predetermined condition. Image data of the overhead image which it is determined in the result of the determination does not satisfy the predetermined condition is accumulated in a predetermined storage medium, thereby generating resource data. The above processing is repeated until all overhead images corresponding to a predetermined region in the virtual three-dimensional space are shot.

  • Publication number: 20140072221
Abstract: An image processing device selects an image in which sharpness of a photographic subject is relatively high compared with sharpness of a background. The image processing device includes a photographic subject detection unit that identifies a photographic subject region on an image, which includes a predetermined photographic subject, by detecting the predetermined photographic subject from the image, a background region identifying unit that identifies a background region on the image, which is other than the photographic subject region, a sharpness identifying unit that identifies sharpness of the photographic subject region and sharpness of the background region, a score calculation unit that calculates a score based on a difference in the sharpness between the photographic subject region and the background region, and a determination unit which determines the image as an optimum image when the score indicates that photographic subject region is clearer than the background region.

  • Patent number: 8395582
Abstract: When a gravity center position enters a right input area, a motion of a character in a virtual game space pushing down the right pedal of a bicycle is started, and the bicycle is accelerated. Further, a reference position is moved so as to gradually approach the gravity center position, and the boundary between a non-input area and a left input area is also moved so as to gradually approach the gravity center position in conjunction with the reference position. When the gravity center position enters the left input area, a motion of the character in the virtual game space pushing down the left pedal of the bicycle is started, and the bicycle is accelerated. Further, the reference position is moved so as to gradually approach the gravity center position, and the boundary between the non-input area and the right input area is also moved so as to gradually approach the gravity center position in conjunction with the reference position.

Abstract: [Problem] To provide a container with a cap that is easy to take off and that can increase airtightness inside a container body. [Solution to Problem] A container comprises a container body having an opening 8 in an upper end and a cap 3 having a top section 3b and a tubular body section 3a assembled with an elastic ring body 4. The elastic ring body has push buttons 13 that are formed on a peripheral surface of the elastic ring body and are exposed from the inside to the outside of the tubular body section. A cone section 6 is formed on at least one of the container body and the elastic ring body so as to expand to the lower side thereof. The container comprises an engaging section (9, 16) that engages the tubular body section with the container body in a predetermined positional relationship, and a fitting section (10, 14) that fits the elastic ring body to the container body.

  • Patent number: 5536567
Abstract: Disclosed is a magnetic recording medium having a first magnetic layer 2 and a second magnetic layer 4 laminated on a non-magnetic support in this order, wherein the binder in the lower first magnetic layer 2 comprises only polyurethane resin(s) having tertiary amines as polar groups or only said polyurethane resin(s) and a curing agent or comprises a mixed system composed of polyurethane resin(s) having tertiary amines as polar groups and amine-modified vinyl chloride-based resin(s) or of these resins and a curing agent. The first magnetic layer 2 may contain carbon black having a specifically-defined mean particle size. The coatability of the magnetic coating compositions is improved. The electromagnetic conversion characteristics (especially, video S/N, chroma output power, chroma S/N) of the medium are improved. Since the crosslinking of the components constituting the lower magnetic layer is improved, the dropout of the medium is not increased even after stored.
