When the handle (19) is pushed into a front concave portion (6) of the casing (4), the handle (19) can be held in its retracted position without fail. A push button (27) is pivotally mounted on a front-end portion of the handle (19) so that when the push button (27) is swingably depressed, the handle (19) can project outwardly from the front concave portion (6) of the casing (4). The thus projected handle (19) is side-swing to have a catch plate (11) of a locking shaft (12) disengaged from its locking position.
