  • Patent number: 9972920
Abstract: A terminal that is connected to an end of an aluminum electric wire obtained by covering core wires with an insulating cover. The terminal is provided with a pair of insulation barrel pieces (crimping pieces) that extend in directions that intersect the longitudinal direction of the aluminum electric wire, and are crimped to the outer circumferential surface of the insulating cover. The pair of insulation barrel pieces have tip end portions that face and abut against each other in a state in which the pair of insulation barrel pieces are crimped to the insulating cover.

  • Publication number: 20180062276
Abstract: A female terminal 30 is connected to an end of a wire 20 in which a core 21 is covered with an insulation coating 22, and the wire 20 being pulled out rearward therefrom. The female terminal 30 includes two coating crimping pieces 39 that extend in a lateral direction intersecting a pull-out direction of the wire 20 and are crimped to an outer peripheral surface of the insulation coating 22. Compressing portions 41 are formed at a front end edge of each coating crimping piece 39 on the side of the insulation coating 22. The compressing portions 41 open forward and are formed by recessing the coating crimping piece 39 so that an internal space is narrowed toward a rear side from a front end edge of the coating crimping piece 39.

  • Publication number: 20180062277
Abstract: A wire with terminal includes a wire in which a core is covered with a coating, and a terminal 20 including a wire barrel 24 to be crimped to the core exposed from the coating of the wire and an insulation barrel 26 to be crimped to the coating of the wire. The wire is pulled rearwardly from the terminal. Recesses 26B are provided on a surface of the insulation barrel 26 to be crimped and openings of the recesses 26B are shaped to become narrower toward a rear side. As the wire is pulled more rearwardly, the coating penetrating into the recesses 26B moves rearwardly of the recesses 26B to be compressed and hardened and becomes less likely to come out of the recesses 26B. Thus, impact strength can be enhanced.

  • Patent number: 6336886
Abstract: A drive unit provided with a power transmission path interlockingly connecting an engine (E) to left and right sprockets (12L, 12R), which are adapted to drive left and right crawlers (11) of left and right traveling parts (1L, 1R), via a non-stage traveling transmission unit (21) and an auxiliary traveling transmission unit (28) capable of changing the speed of a working vehicle in a plurality of stages. The power transmission path is provided with a non-stage steering transmission unit (20), left and right steering transmission units (48L, 48R) and left and right planetary gears (40L, 40R) all of which are adapted to be operated for speed change in accordance with a turning operation of a steering wheel (7). This construction enables a pivot turn and a spin turn of a working vehicle body to be made, the swinging performance of the working vehicle to be improved, the maneuvering of the vehicle to be done easily, and the construction of the drive unit to be simplified.

  • Patent number: 6325166
Abstract: In a hydraulic travelling agricultural machine which includes travelling sections, a pump operating unit is disposed in an operating section for controlling the steering and speed change of the travelling sections. The pump operating unit is connected interlockingly to a pair of varible flow rate control pumps via a link mechanism for a spool, and is operated by a steering mechanism and a speed changing mechanism. Accordingly, the natural vibration occurring in the variable flow rate control pumps is obsorbed by the link mechanisms, and hence the vibration transmitted to the pump operating unit is attenuated. The propagation of the vibration to the steering mechanism and the speed changing mechanism is thereby inhibited.

  • Patent number: 5992260
Abstract: One operating lever is provided for moving a traveling vehicle with a working machine back and forth and the working machine vertically and operating a sub-transmission. A sub-transmission switch is provided in a recessed portion formed in a grip of a back-and-forth operating lever so that a quick operation can be effected by a single hand without any mistake. In addition, the working machine vertically moving lever is constructed so as to interlock with a spool of a vertical motion control valve via a motor so that the speed of the motor is gradually reduced when the working machine vertically moving lever (32) is in a lowering operation, thereby preventing a drastic lowering.

  • Patent number: 4505199
Abstract: A magnet strip extends along one generator of a printing drum of a rotary stencil printing device. A clamp strip, made of a material which is magnetically attractable, is hinged to said printing drum along a line substantially parallel to said one generator thereof, near one side of said magnet strip, so that said clamp strip can be pivoted either so as to lie against and along said magnet strip, with a leading edge of a stencil master for stencil printing interposed therebetween so as to clamp the leading edge of the stencil master to the printing drum, or so as to be removed from said magnet strip so as to release the stencil master. Thereby the stencil master can be conveniently retained to the printing drum in a manner which is suitable for automation, and does not require any reinforced lug portion along the leading edge of the stencil master.
