  • Patent number: 8558729
Abstract: A solid-state imaging apparatus includes a low-order latch circuit, a state variation detection circuit, and an encode signal latch circuit. The state variation detection circuit sequentially compares pulse signals output from two delay elements of a plurality of delay elements among pulse signals latched by the low-order latch circuit and outputs a state variation detection signal when states of the two pulse signals are different. The encode signal latch circuit latches an encode signal when the encode signal having a state corresponding to a delay element outputting a pulse signal input to the state variation detection circuit is input and the state variation detection signal is input.

  • Publication number: 20130255418
Abstract: In forming an actuator, a large end surface of a tapered roller of a tapered roller bearing is shot with minute particles of silicon carbide having a diameter of 0.5 to 100 ?m and having an angle formed by crushing, and such a surface is scraped concavely at a diameter within a range from 0.5 to 100 ?m to form a large number of concavities having a depth of equal to or greater than 1 ?m at a pitch of equal to or less than 200 ?m. The concavities are non-continuous and isolated from each other, and serve as a lubricant puddle. The concavities are formed by scraping and not by plastic deformation, and thus the surface is not hardened.

Abstract: A radio base station eNB which periodically receives uplink control information including CQI through PUCCH, comprising: a storage unit 130 which stores a plurality of combinations of cqi-pmi-ConfigIndex (ICQI/PMI) for determining transmission timing of the uplink control information and cqi-PUCCH-ResourceIndex (n(2)PUCCH) for determining an orthogonal sequence used for transmitting the uplink control information; and a parameter assignment unit 121 which assigns one of the combinations of cqi-pmi-ConfigIndex (ICQI/PMI) and cqi-PUCCH-ResourceIndex (n(2)PUCCH) which are stored by the storage unit, to a radio terminal UE connected to the radio base station. The storage unit 130 stores the combinations while combining cqi-pmi-ConfigIndex (ICQI/PMI) which possibly cause overlap of the transmission timing of the uplink control information respectively with different cqi-PUCCH-ResourceIndex (n(2)PUCCH).

  • Patent number: 8184733
Abstract: An OFDM radio reception device 100 with multiple antennas 110-1 to 110-K removes a guard interval CP from each received signal, and performs S/P conversion, FFT, and channel estimation, on each received signal. The OFDM radio reception device 100 performs channel equalization by multiplying each signal resulting from FFT by a corresponding channel response value obtained by channel estimation. Moreover, the OFDM radio reception device 100 obtains a covariance matrix for each of the busts, and then calculates a reception weighting factor on the basis of each covariance matrix. Furthermore, the OFDM radio reception device 100 multiplies each signal mapped to the corresponding burst by the corresponding reception weighting factor, and then combines the received signals.

  • Publication number: 20110280330
Abstract: A radio communication system comprises a control device that controls a radio base station, which uses a plurality of first transmission antennas to transmit a first radio signal, for which a channel A is used, to a radio terminal and a radio base station, which uses a plurality of second transmission antennas to transmit a second radio signal, for which the channel A is used, to a radio terminal. The radio terminal, if having received the second radio signal, transmits, to the radio base station, interference information based on the arrival direction from which the second radio signal comes to the radio terminal. Based on the interference information received by the radio base station, the control device transmits, to the radio base station, control information to be used for directing, in the arrival direction, the null point of a directional beam formed by the second transmission antennas.

  • Patent number: 7879278
Abstract: Methods for manufacturing panel units may include applying a cover tape to a surface of a panel in such a way as to substantially extend along a periphery of the panel. An extrusion molding die may be moved relative to the panel in such a way that the extrusion molding die moves along the periphery of the panel while at least partially contacting the cover tape applied to the panel. At the same time, a molten molding material may be extruded from the extrusion molding die, thereby integrally forming a molded article on the periphery of the panel. The cover tape may be then removed from the surface of the panel in order to produce a panel unit having the molded article disposed along the periphery of the panel.
