  • Patent number: 8322554
Abstract: A pit cover open/close device including a closing limiting stopper for a pit cover which is disposed in a position corresponding to a top of a roller of a chassis dynamometer, guides disposed on a stationary side of the pit in an opposed relation to both side faces of the roller of the chassis dynamometer and extending along a circumferential direction of the roller of the chassis dynamometer, a two-part split pit cover supported by the guides and including two pit cover parts into which the pit cover is split from a portion thereof corresponding to the position of the stopper, the two pit cover parts being movable in an opening direction and a closing direction, respectively, and a cylinder including a movable rod that is connected to one of the two pit cover parts and a body that is connected to the other of the two pit cover parts, the cylinder being driven to allow the two pit cover parts to move along the guides in the opening direction and the closing direction.

  • Patent number: 7040526
Abstract: A method for assembling and testing an electronic circuit baseboard includes at least a step of soldering at least one electronic part to an electronic circuit baseboard using Pb excluded solder. One of erroneous wiring, erroneous mounting, malfunction, and defective soldering of the least one electronic part is tested by contacting a probe pin to various probe pin contact sections on the electronic circuit baseboard. During the step of soldering, the Pb excluded solder is also supplied to at least one of the various probe pin contact sections in order to suppress oxidation thereof.

  • Publication number: 20040093634
Abstract: A reductase reducing keto-nicotianamine into 2′-deoxymugineic acid in the course of the biosynthesis of mugineic acids participating in the iron-acquisition mechanism in plants; a gene encoding this enzyme; a plant having a enhanced tolerance to iron-deficiency owing to the above gene transferred thereinto; and enzyme kits and gene kits for constructing a plant having a enhanced tolerance to iron-deficiency which comprise enzymes for biosynthesizing mugineic acids participating in the iron-acquisition mechanism in plants or genes encoding these enzymes.

  • Patent number: 6648954
Abstract: A water-based pigment dispersion comprising 100 parts by weight of a pigment, 3 to 30 parts by weight of a sulfonic acid group-containing pigment derivative and water, wherein the sulfonic acid group-containing pigment derivative has only one sulfonic acid group in a molecule of a pigment of which the type is the same as the type of the pigment to be dispersed, the sulfonic acid group forms at least one salt selected from the group consisting of ammonia salt, an organic amine salt and a salt in which at least 15% of the sulfonic acid group is liberated and the rest is a salt with monovalent metal, the content of metal ion having a valence of at least 2 in a solid matter of the above water-based pigment dispersion is 500 ppm or less, and the above pigment is dispersed in water according to electrostatic repulsion due to the sulfonic acid group-containing pigment derivative adsorbed on the particle surface of the pigment, an inkjet recording liquid containing the same and process for the production thereof.
