  • Patent number: 10622183
Abstract: The present invention relates to a charged particle beam apparatus enabling a selection of a charged particle beam in a specified energy range by symmetrically arranging cylindrical electrostatic lenses deflecting a path of the charged particle beam and disposing an energy selection aperture between the cylindrical electrostatic lenses. Since an integral structure in which a central electrode and a plurality of electrodes that are arranged at a front portion and a rear portion in relation to the central electrode of a monochromator are fixed to each other through insulator, is applied, a mechanism for adjusting an offset with respect to an optical axis is simplified as compared to the case of separately providing the lenses at the front portion and the rear portion, respectively, and a secondary aberration is canceled in an exit plane due to symmetry of an optical system.

  • Patent number: 10594240
Abstract: In a MG control device, a standard voltage calculation part calculates a d axis standard voltage and a q axis standard voltage in a standard state in which no demagnetization occurs in permanent magnets of a MG. A magnetic flux change amount estimation value calculation part calculates a basic magnetic flux change amount estimation value based on a deviation of a specific value from the q-axis standard voltage. This specific value is obtained by multiplying q axis real voltage with a ratio of the d axis standard voltage and the d axis real voltage. A magnetic flux change amount estimation value correction part adjusts a magnetic flux change amount estimation value by correcting the basic magnetic flux change amount estimation value relatively to a detection threshold value based on characteristic change of the MG in a demagnetization state of the permanent magnets of the MG.

  • Patent number: 10536101
Abstract: In a MG control device, a standard voltage calculation part calculates a d-axis standard voltage Vd_std and a q-axis standard voltage Vq_std to be supplied to a MG. A first magnetic flux change amount estimation value calculation part calculates a first magnetic flux change amount estimation value ??1 based on a deviation of a specific value from the q axis standard voltage Vq_std, where the specific value is obtained by multiplying a ratio (Vd_std/Vd_real) with a q-axis real voltage Vq_real, where Vd_real represents a d-axis real voltage. A second magnetic flux change amount estimation value calculation part calculates a second magnetic flux change amount estimation value ??2 based on a deviation of the q-axis real voltage Vq_real from the q-axis standard voltage Vq_std. The calculation switching part selects one of ??1 and ??2 based on an operation state of the MG.

  • Patent number: 10502832
Abstract: In an object recognition apparatus, a range point acquirer irradiates each of irradiation areas arranged in a horizontally and vertically extending grid and forming a detection area for detecting a target with laser light and receives the reflected light from the respective irradiation areas, thereby acquiring a plurality of range points representing per-irradiation area coordinates of the target. A noise remover is configured to, based on either or both of degrees of angle proximity and degrees of distance proximity between a plurality of subject range points to be determined whether to be a noise point, of the plurality of range points, as viewed from a reference point, determine whether or not each of the subject range points is a noise point, and remove the noise point from the plurality of range points. An object recognizer uses the plurality of range points other than the noise points to recognize the object.
