  • Patent number: 11460071
Abstract: An object of the present invention to provide a tapered roller bearing in which a flange portion is formed at a large-diameter end of an outer ring track surface of an outer ring, capable of providing high moment stiffness and long life without extremely decreasing its pure axial load capacity.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 4, 2019
Date of Patent: October 4, 2022
    Assignee: NTN Corporation
Inventors: Yasuyoshi Hayashi, Takashi Wakisaka, Sahoko Manda
  • Publication number: 20220292671
Abstract: An object to allow an automatic discrimination between a super enlarged image and a non-enlarged image in a computer diagnosis assistance system that analyzes a state of an epithelium using an image analysis. An image analyzing device according to this disclosure is the image analyzing device to be connected to an endoscope, and includes a target image determination unit that obtains an image from the endoscope and determines whether or not the image is a target image using a halation region included in the image, and an image analyzing unit that analyzes a state of an epithelium, captured by the endoscope, using the target image when the image is the target image.

  • Publication number: 20210025445
Abstract: An object is to prevent tapered rollers from being placed into pockets inversely with their large-diameter side and the small-diameter side flipped upside down when the tapered rollers are assembled into the pockets from a diametrically inner surface side of a retainer. A retainer (20) of a tapered roller bearing (11) includes a large-diameter ring portion (20a) on its large-diameter side, a small-diameter ring portion (20b) on its small-diameter side, and a plurality of pillar portions (20c) disposed equidistantly in a circumferential direction, connecting the large-diameter ring portion (20a) and the small-diameter ring portion (20b). Each pillar portion (20c) has, on its diametrically inner surface side of its small-diameter end portion, a fall-out prevention tab (20e) that prevents the tapered roller (14) assembled into the pocket (P) from falling onto the diametrically inner surface side.

  • Patent number: 10378580
Abstract: To provide a tapered roller bearing provided with a retainer formed of resin capable of being molded by using a simple molding die, and capable of retaining a tapered roller stably when the tapered roller and the retainer are integrated, and capable of improving mechanical strength and lubricating performance on a guide surface as needed. A retainer 5 in the tapered roller bearing is formed of an injection molded body formed by injection molding a resin composition. The retainer 5 includes a large diameter ring portion 5a, a small diameter ring portion 5b, and a column portion 5c which joins both of them. A pocket portion 6 is formed between the column portions adjacent to each other. An injection molding die dividing line X along an axial direction is formed on the column portion 5c.
