The respective case members are joined with each other in a state where a portion forming the first communication passage and a portion forming the second communication passage face each other. The portion of the first communication passage includes a drain portion having a groove shape and configured to discharge water in the first communicating passage. The portion of the second communication passage includes a drain receiving portion having a groove shape, communicating with the first communication passage and receiving the water discharged from the drain portion.
