    Abstract: An object of the invention is to detect the temperature of food and offer a good finish of cooking even in case a steam generator is arranged in a heating chamber. The controller avoids using the temperature data of an area overlapping the steam generator out of the temperature data from the infrared sensor in the detection judgment of food temperature in order to prevent detection errors in case steam heating is selected.
