  • Patent number: 10617990
Abstract: An air-filtering medium, an air filter pack, and an air filter unit, which are capable of reducing the number of portions where filtering functions can no longer be exhibited while suppressing an increase in pressure drop are provided. An air-filtering medium is used in a pleated state and includes a main collecting layer, a downwind-surface interval maintaining structure material, and an upwind-surface interval maintaining member. The main collecting layer includes an upwind-surface embossed protrusion protruding in a thickness direction of the main collecting layer. In the pleated state, the upwind-surface embossed protrusion is provided at least on an upstream side of a center of the air-filtering medium in a direction of airflow passing through the air-filtering medium, and protrudes towards an upwind-surface side.

  • Publication number: 20150000320
Abstract: A heat exchanger includes a plurality of fins arranged so that a plate thickness direction intersects an air flow direction and have mutually adjacent plate-shaped first and second fin units, and a plurality of heat transfer pipes inserted into the fins so as to intersect the air flow direction. The first and second fin units have heat conducting parts, upper water conveying parts, and lower water conveying parts. The upper water conveying part of the first fin unit projects a different amount from the upper water conveying part of the second fin unit, and an equal amount to the lower water conveying part of the second fin unit. The lower water conveying part of the first fin unit projects a different amount from the lower water conveying part of the second fin unit, and an equal amount to the upper water conveying part of the second fin unit.

  • Publication number: 20140174703
Abstract: A heat exchanger includes a header, a first flat porous tube, and a second flat porous tube. The header has first and second primary channels, with first and second refrigerants flowing through the first and second primary channels. The first flat porous tube has a plurality of first refrigerant-channel holes through which the first refrigerant flows. The second flat porous tube has a plurality of second refrigerant-channel holes through which the second refrigerant flows. The header has sub-channel-forming member that forms a first sub-channel and a second sub-channel. The first sub-channel allows the first primary channel to be communicated with the first refrigerant-channel holes. The second sub-channel allows the second primary channel to be communicated with the second refrigerant-channel holes. The first flat porous tube and the second flat porous tube are in close contact to allow heat exchange between the first refrigerant and the second refrigerant.

  • Publication number: 20130175013
Abstract: A heat exchanger includes a pair of headers extending in an up-and-down direction to carry refrigerant, and plural flat tubes connected to the headers at different height positions and extending along a direction intersecting a longitudinal direction of the headers. Each header includes a first member and a flat tube holding member. The first member has a main flow path, and refrigerant connection flow paths to circulate refrigerant between the main flow path and plural refrigerant flow paths formed in the flat tubes. The flat tube holding member holds the flat tubes. End portions of the flat tubes are adhered to the flat tube holding member. Intermediate flow paths interconnect the refrigerant connection flow paths and the plural refrigerant flow paths in the flat tubes. The intermediate flow paths are formed in at least one of the headers and the flat tubes.
