  • Patent number: 10307947
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a detecting sensor is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: positioning a magnet in a mold having a plurality of terminal receiving holes; positioning in the mold a plurality of magnetic field detecting sensor elements, each having a body and a terminal projecting from body; inserting the terminals into the terminal receiving holes; injecting molten resin into the mold; and curing the molten resin to form a housing having the magnet and the sensor elements embedded.

  • Patent number: 9586349
Abstract: A detecting sensor is disclosed having a magnet, a plurality of magnetic field detecting sensor elements, and a housing. The magnetic field detecting sensor elements have a plurality of adjacent, overlapped bodies and a plurality of terminals projecting from the bodies in a same direction. The housing is disposed over the magnet and plurality of sensor elements, and has first and second sensor holding members. The first sensor holding member is positioned on a first side of the housing and abutted against a surface of the body on a first side of the plurality of sensor elements. The second sensor holding member is positioned on a second side of the housing and abutted across a portion of a surface of the body of the sensor element on a second side of the plurality of sensor elements.

  • Publication number: 20090295374
Abstract: A sensor according to the invention has a U-shaped magnet having a pair of opposing portions spaced apart from each other, forming a flux-free region between the pair of opposing portions. A Hall element varies an output voltage according to the density of passing flux. A spacer regulates the positional relationship between the Hall element and the U-shaped magnet such that the Hall element is positioned in the flux-free region of the U-shaped magnet and a housing covers the spacer.

  • Patent number: 5967849
Abstract: A plurality of wires 4 are linearly disposed along the direction of length of a long slender insulating support 2, and contacts 6 are formed as terminals on both ends of each wire. The contacts 6 are symmetrically disposed on the outer periphery of the long slender insulating support 2 while being prevented from slipping out by means of checking engagement parts or shoulders 21 which are provided at both ends of the long slender insulating support 2, and which prevent slipping out in the direction of length. Frame-form bodies or caps 8 are disposed on the outer peripheries of the contacts 6 so that these frame-form bodies 8 engage with all of the plurality of contacts 6 and the contacts 6 abnd caps 8 can shift axially to facilitate connedction to another component.
