  • Patent number: 7736288
Abstract: A method is provided for producing a bag with a mouth member by liquidtightly melt-bonding a mouth member comprising a thermoplastic resin and a bag unit comprising a relatively soft flexible film, in which uniform surface temperature of the mouth member is realized, generation of an A-shaped gap is prevented, and a bag with a mouth member excellent in the liquidtightness of the melt-bonded part between the mouth member and the bag unit is produced; and also a production apparatus therefor is provided. The method comprises a preheating step of heating a tubular mouth member while rotating it around the cylinder axis thereof, and a melt-bonding step of inserting the heated mouth member into the opening part of a bag unit and pressing, and thereby melt-bonding the mouth member to the opening part of the bag unit.

  • Patent number: 7306553
Abstract: To provide a bag-making method ensuring excellent liquid tightness at the melt-bonded part between the mouth member and the bag unit. A bag-making method for producing a bag by melt-bonding and thereby integrating a mouth member formed of a preliminarily heated synthetic resin and a bag unit formed of a flexible film, the method comprising a preliminary heating step of softening the synthetic resin of the mouth member at the part to be melt-bonded to the bag unit, melt-bonding part of mouth member, while preventing the synthetic resin of the mouth member at the end part in the bag side, end part of mouth member, from being softened at the preliminary heating step, and a step of inserting the preliminarily heated mouth member into the opening of the bag unit and pressing them by a sealing mold to melt-bond the melt-bonding part of the mouth member to the opening; and a medical container produced by the bag-making method.

  • Publication number: 20050261659
Abstract: Two continuous films are sealed with each other by melting, bag type compartments are continuously formed, and a port member is provided at one side or both sides of side edges of each bag type compartment, and simultaneously, a relaxation means such as a notch at a jointing part of compartments or a connection part are provided to release tension caused by melt sealing of the adjacent port members in connected state, and thereby, a flat type connected container is provided.

  • Patent number: 6682517
Abstract: A plural-compartment medical container, wherein said container is a pouch formed of a synthetic resin and has an open member at least one end of upper and lower ends thereof for filling or withdrawing a drug solution, and the inner surface of said container is divided into plural compartments in a liquid-tight manner by a blocking seal portion, characterized in that when a melting temperature curve of a resin of said blocking seal portion is determined using differential scanning calorimeter, a height ratio (h2/h1) between a height (h1) of a peak at a temperature of main melting peak and a height (h2) of said temperature curve at a temperature of 115° C., is within a range of 0.05 to 0.4, the blocking seal portion thereof peeling well by pushing operation to the pouch, provides a plural-compartment medical container having excellent flexibility and transparency.
