Abstract: A telephone conference system has a voice response board 6 for connecting a plurality of phone lines in a telephone conference, a voice synthesis board 8 for synthesizing voice signals for participants of a telephone conference in a designated one of a plurality of conference rooms, and a control section 18 for checking the status of a telephone conference and controlling connection of the phone lines for the conference. A host can input the phone numbers of intended participants of a telephone conference, and the system automatically calls the phone numbers of the intended participants and plays a recorded message to join the telephone conference within a scheduled time. When the participants call in to connect with the telephone conference, the caller ID numbers of their phone lines are compared to the recorded phone numbers to determine if they are true participants of the telephone conference.

Abstract: An emergency communication system connected to a plurality of user communication terminals through public lines comprises a receiver and transmitter section for receiving information from a plurality of user communication terminals and for transmitting information to a plurality of user communication terminals, an ID memory section for storing ID of each user, an ID confirmation section for confirming user ID by reference to ID data stored in the ID memory section when information is received from the each user communication terminal and permitting receipt of the information from the user in case that the received ID is compatible with the stored ID, an information accumulation section for accumulating information received from user in case that the ID confirmation section permits receipt, and an information addressee registration section for registering at least one addressees to which the information accumulated in said information accumulation section is communicated through public lines.

Abstract: A phone conference system for making a conference using a plurality of phones which comprises a voice response board 6 for receiving push tone signals and voice signals transmitted from each phone, for transmitting push tone signals and voice signals, and for recording and reproducing voices in response to push tone signals, a voice synthesis board 8 having a plurality of conference rooms 16 in which voice signals from each phone received at said voice response board 6 are synthesized, and a control section 18 for controlling status of voice synthesis board 8 and for receiving line information from each phone and transmitting orders concerning connection by exchange of lines to voice response board 6 in response to status thereof. The control section 18 designates a conference room 16 to be connected to each line in regard to a plurality of lines received at voice response board 6. The voice signals of plurality of lines are synthesized and are connected by exchange in designated room.
