  • Publication number: 20060120884
Abstract: A hydrostatic stepless transmission (1) comprising axial piston type hydraulic pump (30) and hydraulic motor (40) is constructed that a pump side plunger block (31) faces to a motor side plunger block (41) through their rotary sliding surfaces (33 and 44), a plurality of communication passages are formed which communicate cylinders (31a and 41a) formed in the plunger blocks with each other fluidally, a separation element is interposed in the communication passages, and in each of the pump and motor side plunger blocks, the separation element divides the communication passages into that of a suction area and that of a discharge area.

  • Publication number: 20060107660
Abstract: There is provided a pump unit configured to be capable of transmitting a rotational power from a driving power source which is operatively connected thereto to an actuator through a pair of hydraulic fluid lines. The pump unit includes: an input shaft; a hydraulic pump main body; a PTO shaft; a PTO clutch mechanism; an auxiliary pump main body; a suction line; a discharge line; a charge line; a PTO hydraulic fluid line; a pressure-reducing valve; and a resistance valve. The PTO hydraulic fluid line and the charge line are fluidly connected to the primary side and a secondary side of the pressure-reducing valve, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20060104842
Abstract: There is provided a pump unit including: a pump shaft operatively connected to a driving source; a cylinder block rotatably driven by the pump shaft; a piston unit accommodated in the cylinder block in a slidable manner in an axial direction; a movable swash plate oscillatable on an operational axis perpendicular to the pump shaft, the movable swash plate defining a slide range of the piston unit in abutment against the piston unit; a transmission gear supported by the pump shaft in a relatively non-rotatable manner, the transmission gear being disposed in such a manner as to face to the movable swash plate; a driven member operatively driven by the transmission gear; and a pump case supporting the pump shaft and accommodating therein the cylinder block, the piston unit, the movable swash plate, the transmission gear and the driven member.

  • Publication number: 20060008357
Abstract: There is provided a pump system including; a plurality of hydraulic pump bodies arranged in parallel; a plurality of pump shafts respectively driving the plurality of hydraulic pump bodies; a power transmission mechanism operatively connecting the plurality of pump shafts; and a pump case which accommodating the plurality of hydraulic pump bodies and the power transmission mechanism, and supports the plurality of pump shafts in a rotatable manner about an axis line, the pump case including a port block formed with supply/discharge oil passages for the plurality of pump bodies. One pump shaft of the plurality of pump shafts has a first end extending outward from the pump case so as to form an input end operatively connected to a driving source. The one pump shaft is directly or indirectly supported by the pump case at a region which is closer to the input end via a plurality of bearing members.

  • Publication number: 20050230171
Abstract: A four-wheel drive vehicle comprises: a rear transaxle driving rear axles; a front transaxle driving front axles; and an engine disposed between the front and rear transaxles. A hydraulic motor for driving the front axles is provided in the front transaxle. A speed change transmission mechanism for driving the rear axles, provided in the rear transaxle, has a function of switching rotation direction, and is drivingly connected to the engine. A hydraulic pump for supplying pressurized oil to the hydraulic motor of the front transaxle is provided in the rear transaxle.

  • Publication number: 20050226747
Abstract: There is provided a working vehicle having first and second hydraulic pump units operatively driven by a driving source and arranged away to each other in a width direction of the vehicle. In the working vehicle, each of the first and second hydraulic pump units includes a pump body; a port block formed with an oil passage for supplying/discharging an operating fluid to/from said pump body; a pump case connected to the port block so as to define a pump body accommodating space for surrounding the pump body; and a pump shaft for rotatably driving the pump body, the pump shaft having an input end operatively connected to said driving source. A drain port for opening the pump body accommodating space outward and a charge suction port for drawing in an oil from an oil tank in order to supply a charge oil to a hydraulic circuit fluidly connecting with the corresponding hydraulic motor unit are provided respectively in first and second assemblies formed by the corresponding pump case and port block.

  • Patent number: 6782839
Abstract: A hydrofoil (1) comprises a bottom (23) formed with two front and rear steps (3 and 4), and a strut (31) supporting a submerged hydrofoil (21) arranged between the two steps (3 and 4). The strut (31) can be switched between a storage state and a navigation state by its forward-and-backward rotation. A threshold value of dynamic lift (F) obtained by the hydrofoil (21) can be established arbitrarily, and the dynamic lift can be held to the set value by keeping the strut (31) in the navigation state correspondingly to the established threshold value of hydrofoil-dynamic-lift, thereby enabling the dynamic lift to be held at the established value during navigation. Moreover, based on draft (WL) or trim angle (TR) during the boat-berthing, a set value of hydrofoil-dynamic-lift and a set value of tilt angle of a propulsor (22) or a flap (22a) attached to the rear of hull can be accommodated.
