    Abstract: An electronic device and a supporting structure that are designed to decrease the number of parts and assembly steps, thereby reducing manufacturing cost. A stand has a pair of arm sections of which one ends are rotatably supported on an upper side of a pair of frames each formed of two-coupled frames when an image display module stands upright; and a rod section for connecting the other ends of the pair of arm sections. The stand is rotatable among a folded state in which the stand overlaps with the image display module, a using state in which the stand is opened at predetermined degrees from the image display module and used as a stand to obliquely stand the image display module, and an opened state in which the stand is opened at approximately 180 degrees from the folded state and used as a handle when carrying the image display module.

    Abstract: An electronic device adapted to stow a keyboard therein in a way screen is exposed even after the keyboard has been stowed in the electronic device. A keyboard module is pivoted for turning on a supporting member supported on a lower section of a pair of frames each of which is made up of two-coupled frames. The keyboard is allowed to turn through a space defined with the pair of frames and also a lower edge of the display module that has been shifted upwards. Thus, the keyboard is allowed to rotate between a using state in which the keyboard is kept with keys lying upward and a stowed state in which the keyboard, after turned in a way a front edge thereof is raised, is kept standing upright and concealed behind the display module which is moved downward.
