The printing section and the paper feeding rollers are provided in a body case in such a way as to be exposed where they are opposed to a case cover, which has a flat platen and spring members at positions opposed to the printing section, and ribs adapted to come into contact with the standard sheet and serving as a positioning device and as a sliding guide.
