  • Publication number: 20240077320
Abstract: A vehicle controller includes a processor configured to estimate the position of a vehicle by comparing an image representing an area around the vehicle generated by a camera mounted on the vehicle with map information, set a planned trajectory of the vehicle along a lane including the estimated position of the vehicle by referring to the map information, detect a stationary object in the area around the vehicle from the image or a ranging signal obtained by a distance sensor mounted on the vehicle for detecting the distance to an object in the area around the vehicle, determine whether the detected stationary object is on the planned trajectory, and determine that the estimated position of the vehicle is incorrect, when the stationary object is on the planned trajectory.

  • Publication number: 20240067233
Abstract: When an object that may possibly collide with a vehicle is detected from a sensor signal of one of sensors mounted on the vehicle, a vehicle controller changes the level of autonomous driving control applied to the vehicle from a first level that does not require a driver to operate an accelerator and steering and does not require the driver to look around the vehicle to a second level that requires the driver to look around the vehicle but does not require the driver to operate an accelerator and steering. When an object that may possibly collide with the vehicle is detected from sensor signals of two or more of the sensors, the vehicle controller changes the level of autonomous driving control from the first level to a third level that requires the driver to operate at least an accelerator or steering.

  • Publication number: 20050064149
Abstract: The resin frame includes a fixture frame formed with resin and a net, fixed and extended within the fixture frame. The resin frame with a net is formed by projecting resin so as to enclose a portion of a spread net so as to make the fixture frame, and then by cutting off the net outside of the fixture frame. The cut section made by cutting off the net outside the fixture frame is formed in a groove on the resin frame, and hidden when the resin frame is attached to the framing of a chair. The resin frame with a net formed according to the present invention is visually presentable by ensuring that the cut portion of the net is not easily visible.

  • Patent number: 6292990
Abstract: The present invention realizes spreading a sheet on a frame member by a simple structure and a simple process, and prevents uneven tension charged against the sheet. In the sheet spreading method of the invention, a core member for a backrest of a chair which is heated to around 200° C. in a furnace is put into a flow dipping tank filled with powder resin. As a result, a resin coating is formed on the surface of the pipe constituting the core member. Also, a mesh is placed on a metal mold and clamped. Since a recess corresponding to the shape of the core member is formed in the top side of the metal mold, the mesh is spread on the core member with a tension charged against when the core member having the above-mentioned coating is pressed into the recess.
