  • Publication number: 20240133078
Abstract: The resin composition for melt spinning of the present invention is a filament having a melt viscosity of 250 Pa·s or less at 200° C. and a shear rate of 0.1 s?1 and a tensile strength of 10 MPa or more. The filament can be produced by forming a molten liquid of a resin composition having a melt viscosity of 250 Pa·s or less at 200° C. and a shear rate of 0.1 s?1 into a filament shape to provide a formed material, and conveying and concurrently cooling the formed material. The present invention also provides a resin composition for melt spinning being a filament, and a method for producing fiber using a melt spinning apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20240017522
Abstract: A sheet (10) for a mask has a first fiber layer (11) and a second fiber layer (12). The second fiber layer (12) has a higher trapping ratio for particles having a particle diameter exceeding 1 ?m and/or a smaller average fiber diameter than the first fiber layer (11). The basis weight of the second fiber layer (12) is from 1 to 20 g/m2. In a natural state, the second fiber layer (12) has a plurality of projections (13) projecting toward a surface of the second fiber layer (12) that is opposite to a surface of the second fiber layer (12) facing the first fiber layer (11) and depressions (14) that are each arranged between corresponding projections (13) of the plurality of projections (13). The depressions (14) have joined portions (15) where the second fiber layer (12) and the first fiber layer (11) are joined to each other.

  • Publication number: 20220134386
Abstract: A cleaning member includes a nonwoven structure whose shape is retained by entanglement between single fibers having a median fiber diameter of from 100 to 2000 nm. The nonwoven structure has an apparent density of from 0.05 to 0.60 g/cm3. Preferably, the cleaning member may further include a support, and the support and the nonwoven structure may be arranged in contact with one another. Preferably, the single fiber may be an electrospun fiber. A method for manufacturing a cleaning member includes: a step of performing spinning by electrospinning, and thereby forming a deposit of a single fiber; and a step of pressing the deposit, and thereby forming a nonwoven structure having an apparent density of from 0.05 to 0.60 g/cm3.

  • Publication number: 20070104916
Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide a roll type adhesive cleaner which has an easy-to-find starting end for peeling and resists double peeling and which can be produced with smaller-sized equipment that is not required to have accuracy and is therefore economically advantageous and to provide a method of fabricating the roll type adhesive cleaner. The roll type adhesive cleaner of the invention has a plurality of single-sided adhesive tapes (T) each having an adhesive-coated surface (A) on one side and a releasable surface (H) on the other side which are adhered around a core tube (11) in a layered configuration with the adhesive-coated surface (A) out and with lateral sides (s) thereof oblique to the axis of the core tube (11). The single-sided adhesive tape (T) forming each layer is laid with laps on the lateral sides (s) thereof.
