Publication number: 20090056289Abstract: Behind a front panel of an air purifier are formed guide paths on the right and left sides thereof. A space between the front panel and a filter unit is partitioned by a partition plate into a front panel rear space and a filter unit front space. Part of an airflow that has entered the guide path through an air intake enters the filter unit front space, and the other part thereof enters the front panel rear space. When entering the front panel rear space, the airflow takes a sharp turn at a sharp turn corner. As a result, coarse dust is separated from the airflow, and the separated coarse dust falls into a dust box.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 15, 2006Publication date: March 5, 2009Inventors: Haruhito Miyazaki, Takeshi Furukawa, Shinichiroh Murayama, Ryuhji Asakura

Publication number: 20080223017Abstract: The present invention provides a hall-type electric propulsion that exhibits both overheating protection and operational stability, thereby simultaneously solving the problem of waste heat, which worsens with micronization, and the problem of discharge current oscillation. First, the magnetic flux distribution in ionization/acceleration channel is formed to optimize ion velocity vector, whereupon a propellant flow passage (propellant conduit) is disposed in a magnetic pole of the propulsion, or more specifically in the vicinity of the acceleration channel, and then propellant is passed through the flow passage. Thus, the magnetic pole, which is overheated by the generated plasma, can be cooled, and at the same time the propellant can be heated.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 14, 2008Publication date: September 18, 2008Applicant: JAPAN AEROSPACE EXPLORATION AGENCYInventor: Takeshi FURUKAWA

Patent number: 6721915Abstract: In the case where the internal configuration is different in each memory (in the case where the correspondence information between the program address designated by the testing program and the physical address in the memory is different), the correspondence information of each memory is input from externally to the memory testing program, so that it becomes possible to use versatilely the memory testing program. Furthermore, even in the case where the internal configuration is unclear, it becomes possible to presume the internal configuration, so that it becomes possible to use versatilely the memory testing program for various memories.Type: GrantFiled: December 29, 2000Date of Patent: April 13, 2004Assignee: Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Satoshi Sato, Takeshi Furukawa, Akiko Matsumoto

Publication number: 20030072675Abstract: An ion generating device generates O2−(H2O)n (where n is a natural number) as negative ions and H+(H2O)m (where m is a natural number) as positive ions, and discharges those ions into the air so that airborne germs are killed through an oxidation reaction by hydrogen peroxide H2O2 or radical hydroxyl OH generated through as an active species a chemical reaction between the negative and positive ions. Satisfactory sterilization is achieved when the negative and positive ions are generated in such a way that the concentrations of the negative and positive ions are both 10,000 ion/cc at a distance of 10 cm from the point at which they are generated.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 9, 2002Publication date: April 17, 2003Inventors: Yasukata Takeda, Yoshinori Sekoguchi, Takeshi Furukawa, Mamoru Morikawa, Katsutoshi Noguchi, Hideo Nojima, Kazuo Nishikawa, Akio Miyata

Patent number: 4919795Abstract: In a classifier having a rotary classifying impeller in a casing for discharging fine powder to the outside of the casing, a leakage prevention apparatus is provided for the classifier which has a rotary seal member mounted on the upper plate of the rotary classifying impeller at the boundary portion between the rotary classifying impeller and a fine powder discharge duct. The upper portion of the rotary seal member protrudes outwardly from an opening in the top plate of the casing to separate the reduced air pressure in the discharge duct perfectly from the high pressure in the raw material dispersion chamber which is radially outside of the seal member. Furthermore, the rotary seal member can be provided with a circular groove in a J-shaped sectional structure. The end portion of this rotary seal member can also be formed into a square shape, a rounded shape or an inclined acute shape.Type: GrantFiled: January 13, 1989Date of Patent: April 24, 1990Assignee: Onoda Cement Company, Ltd.Inventors: Satoru Fujii, Hiroaki Tanaka, Takeshi Furukawa, Masaaki Muraoka, Ryosuke Narishima, Takamiki Tamashige

Patent number: 4378993Abstract: A desired number of cables are drawn, along with the falling charge, into a blast furnace from its top and the forward ends of the cables are melted upon reaching the melting zone in the furnace. The length of each of the cables to its melted end is measured in accordance with the result of a voltage pulse response measurement utilizing the distributed constant circuit characteristics of the cable, and the height level of the melting zone inside the furnace is measured from the cable length by correcting it for the amount of deflection of the cable within the furnace. By measuring the cable length at each of a plurality of radial locations of the furnace, it is possible to estimate the three-dimensional shape of the upper boundary of the melting zone with a high degree of accuracy.Type: GrantFiled: November 7, 1980Date of Patent: April 5, 1983Assignee: Nippon Kokan Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Tsutomu Fukushima, Takeshi Furukawa, Shin-ichi Saito, Takashi Kobayashi, Takeo Yamada
