  • Patent number: 10048434
Abstract: Provided are a backlight device and a liquid-crystal display device whereby, while carrying out a radiation countermeasure of a light source, uniformity of temperature of a back face chassis is effected. The backlight device comprises: a light-guide plate (12) which emits toward the front face side light which enters from an end face; a light source (14a) which projects light toward the end face; a back face chassis (9) which is disposed on the back face side of the light-guide plate; and a heat radiation member (8a) which is disposed on the back face side of the back face chassis, and which dissipates heat from the light source. The heat radiation member further comprises chassis contact portions (38a-38c) which make partial contact with the back face of the back face chassis at multiple sites.

  • Patent number: 8897018
Abstract: Provided is a display device in which a panel module can be fixed to a front cabinet without using screws, and when performing maintenance, the panel module can be easily removed from the front cabinet. The display device including a panel module having a display surface on the front side thereof, a front cabinet surrounding a peripheral edge part of the panel module, and a back cabinet covering a back side of the panel module includes a flexible hook part protruded toward the back cabinet from the inner surface of the front cabinet, and an L-shaped fixing member which has an L shape and includes a latch plate having a hole part in which the flexible hook part is latched and a contact plate which contacts with a back surface of the panel module so as to fix the front cabinet to the panel module.

  • Patent number: 4764649
Abstract: An electrical switch includes a movable contactor which is actuated by a push button to engage a movable contact with a normally-open contact. A spring yieldably resists depression of the push button and normally maintains a clearance between the push button and the contactor. The spring is superimposed relative to the connector and engages the latter to act as a heat conducting fin. A free end of the spring slides in a notch of the push button. In one embodiment, the spring produces a varying rate of resistance to depression of the button. In another embodiment, the spring urges the connector to its normal position in response to release of the button.

  • Patent number: 4644115
Abstract: A miniature snap action switch comprises a movable spring sheet which is pivotally supported to a common contact member for movement with a snap action into and out of contact with a cooperative fixed contact. The movable spring sheet is plated with a precious metal such as silver, gold, or an alloy of each at a portion to be pivoted to the common contact member as well as at a portion for contact with the fixed contact for improving electrical conductivity at the respective interfaces and at the same time defining on the movable spring sheet a movable contact of extremely reduced thickness. Accordingly, the movable spring sheet can be dispensed with a conventional contact tip of rather bulky configuration to thereby enable the entire contact assembly to be made in a greatly reduced dimensions particularly in the direction of the thickness of the movable spring sheet, resulting a very compact arrangement of the miniature switch.
