Abstract: A print processing device comprises: a storage to store an input print job including image data of plural pages; a print processor to perform printing to plural papers based on the image data of the plural pages; an image reader to acquire the image data for each page of the plural printed papers; a determiner to determine whether a print state for each page is good or bad, by comparing the acquired image data for each page with stored corresponding image data; and a controller to control, if the print state for a specific page is bad, the print processor to perform reprinting based on the image data of the specific page and the image reader to stand by for reading of a subsequent page until the reprinting ends, thereby enabling to easily replace, in the reprinting for a page of bad print state, this page with the reprinted page.

Abstract: Based on plural kinds of image data produced by changing a layout of input first image data, at least first feature information and second feature information are extracted and stored in a correspondent relation. Third feature information extracted from third image data is compared with the stored first feature information and second feature information. When a result of the comparison shows that the third feature information is matched with one of the first feature information and the second feature information, it is determined that the third image data is identical to the first image data.

Abstract: This invention has as its object to prevent image quality deterioration of vector and raster image parts by allowing adjustment of the toner amount for respective objects when single image data includes both vector and raster image parts. To accomplish this, image data is separated into vector and raster image parts, a vector or raster image attribute is assigned to each pixel, and the toner amount is adjusted for each pixel of each object.
