  • Patent number: 7402877
Abstract: To obtain a micromachine for use as a high frequency filter having a high Q value and a higher frequency band. In a micromachine (20) including: an input electrode (7b), an output electrode (7a), and a support electrode (7c) disposed on a substrate (4); and a band-shaped vibrator electrode (15) formed by laying a beam (vibrating part) (16) over the output electrode (7a) with a space part (A) interposed between the output electrode (7a) and the vibrator electrode (15) in a state in which both end parts of the vibrator electrode (15) are supported on the input electrode (7b) and the substrate (4) with the support electrode (7c) interposed between the substrate (4) and the vibrator electrode (15), the entire surface of both end parts of the vibrator electrode (15) from an edge of the end parts to the beam (16) is completely fixed to the input electrode (7b) and the support electrode (7c).

  • Publication number: 20080105009
Abstract: An electric steering lock system includes a planetary gear mechanism provided between a rotation member and an electric motor which operate to slide a locking member. The planetary gear mechanism includes: a first sun gear coupled to the electric motor in a relatively non-rotatable manner; a ring gear fixed to a casing and having inner teeth; first planetary gears carried on a first carrier and meshed with the first sun gear and the inner teeth; a second sun gear coupled to the first carrier in a relatively non-rotatable manner; a second sun gear which is carried on a second carrier connected to the rotation member in a relatively non-rotatable manner and which is meshed with the second sun gear and the inner teeth. A shaft has opposite ends coaxially coupled to the first sun gear and the rotation member respectively in a relatively rotatable manner. The first carrier and the second sun gear are supported on the shaft in a relatively rotatable manner.

  • Publication number: 20070056760
Abstract: A portable tool includes a motive power section, a mechanical section driven by the motive power section, and an outer frame covering at least the motive power section and the mechanical section. The outer frame has an outer peripheral surface on which a label is mountable and a front end, a cover made from a light transmissive material is removably disposed to the outer frame for protectingly covering the label. The portable tool further includes a front cap made from an elastic material, wherein the front cap is removably fitted to the front end and prevents the cover from being displaced relative to the outer frame.

  • Patent number: 7140451
Abstract: A portable tool includes a motive power section, a mechanical section driven by the motive power section, and an outer frame covering the motive power section and the mechanical section. A label or a sticker is affixed to an outer peripheral surface of the outer frame. The label contains specific pattern or specific color or specific character representing a specific user of the portable tool. The cover is made from a transparent resin and is removably disposed to the outer frame for protectingly covering the label. A sheet containing a plurality of labels having colors or pattern different from each other is provided. A user can select one of the labels.

  • Publication number: 20060189168
Abstract: To provide a generator capable of generating plasma and ozone with high efficiency and easy to handle, with a simple structure. An electrode part 10 is formed of electrodes 11 and 12 without dielectric material interposed therebetween. An arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 as a charge storage part for storing charge is connected in series to the electrode part 10. An AC power source 15 generating plasma by causing self-arc-extinguishing discharge between the electrodes 11 and 12 by applying AC voltage to charge and discharge the arc-extinguishing capacitor 13, is connected to both ends of a circuit in which the electrode part 10 and the arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 are connected in series. The arc-extinguishing capacitor 13 and one electrode 12 of the electrode part 10 connected thereto are unitized, for making the electrode part multi-polarized.
