  • Publication number: 20070000916
Abstract: In an induction heating coil for heating a shaft member having multiple steps, annular conductors are separately disposed in the axis direction, the annular conductors having inner diameters so as to form predetermined gaps with outer peripheries of heating portions of the shaft member, the lengths of annular conductors 1, 2, and 3 are set so that the areas of the respective heating portions are approximately equal to each other, and the annular conductors are connected to each other in series, so that the respective step shaft portions of the shaft member are uniformly heated. The annular conductors described above may be formed to have shapes in conformity with the shapes of the heating portions of the shaft member and may be formed to have a step shape corresponding to steps of the shaft member having different outer diameters.

  • Publication number: 20060254601
Abstract: A producing sequence is constituted by a plurality of tasks. To manage production, a task difficulty level of a task within the producing sequence is evaluated. INPUT, PROCESS and OUTPUT skill categories are determined by categorizing a skill required for human resource in charge of the task according to cognitive science. The INPUT skill category is related to cognition of outer field information or acquisition of cognitive information. The PROCESS skill category is related to thinking or decision. The OUTPUT skill category is related to behavior or action. The task is evaluated with the INPUT, PROCESS and OUTPUT skill categories, to obtain respectively difficulty ranks. The task difficulty level is determined by processing the difficulty ranks in combination according to overall processing. Also, a risk diagnosis is provided, in which an error influence level of a predictable error of a task within a producing sequence is assessed.

  • Publication number: 20060250498
Abstract: There is disclosed a work data collection method. In a darkroom, a data collector (12) photographs a series of jobs through an infrared video camera (14) while observing the jobs being done by a worker (11) through a darkroom goggle. At each break point between the jobs, the data collector operates a hand switch board (21) to enter a break point signal and select a corresponding job title from among a list of job titles displayed on an LCD device (15) that the data collector puts on behind the darkroom goggle. Then, the break point signal and job title data are recorded in association with each other on a hard disc of a portable personal computer (20). If the corresponding job title is not listed, the data collector says that job title to enter it as a sound signal through a microphone. The sound signal is converted into character data of the job title.

  • Publication number: 20030043266
Abstract: Biological data obtained through observation devices and job titles are recorded on a data recording device in association with time data that are generated at regular intervals. A data processing computer produces a graph from the data read out from the data recording device. The observation devices, the data recording device and the data processing computer are connected to a network, so that a required graph may be produced by processing data at a place remote from the observatory.

  • Patent number: 5611881
Abstract: A thermal transfer recording method forms a pattern on a marking film, which is a plastic film containing a heat adhesive resin or a plastic film on which a heat-sensitive image-receiving layer, composed mainly of a heat adhesive resin, is formed. A thermal transfer ribbon is prepared by forming a heat-melting ink layer on one surface of a substrate and is used to form the pattern on the marking film. The above method permits the facile formation of a fine or complicated multi-color character or pattern on a marking film in a quick thermal transfer operation at a low cost.

  • Patent number: 4932200
Abstract: Disclosed is a rotary ring for spinning machinery, such as ring spinning machines and ring twisting macines, which provides stabilized rotation of a ring-shaped rotator and involves no end breakage of yarn during spinning. This is accomplished by specifying the coefficient of friction .mu. between the ring-shaped rotator and the ring-shaped supporter, the relation between the weight W of the ring-shaped rotator and the outside diameter D.sub.1 and ring-shaped top flange inside diameter D.sub.2, and the relation between the width A along the radial direction and the height H along the axial directio between the sliding surfaces of the ring-shaped rotator and the ring-shaped supporter. This rotary ring makes it possible to realize higher spindle speed and higher productivity of yarn.
