  • Publication number: 20120155978
Abstract: A throw-away rotating tool improves workability of detaching a throw-away tip and prevents from damaging a body. In the throw-away tool, a convex connection 23 for the throw-away tip 20 has protrusions 25, each of the protrusion includes a sliding contact portion 25a detachably fitted into the inner peripheral groove recessed in the inner peripheral wall of a body. The protrusion 25 has a first tilt portion 25b continuous to the sliding contact portion 25a. In detaching the throw-away tip 20 from the body, the first tilt portion 25b rotates ahead of the sliding contact portion 25a, and a standing portion is elastically deformed due to a wedge effect of the first tilt portion 25b. As a result, the protrusion 25 can be gently removed from the inner peripheral groove 13b.

  • Publication number: 20120099937
Abstract: A throw-away rotating tool includes plural protrusions 24a formed in a part of an outer peripheral wall 24 of a projecting coupling portion 23. Since the twist angle and a twist direction of the protrusions 24a are set in such a way that with relative rotation when coupling the projecting coupling portion 23 and erected portions 13 together, due to the reaction force received by the protrusions 24a from inner peripheral walls 13a, the projecting coupling portion 23 is pulled to the rear and side of the erected portions 13 and the projecting coupling portion 23 is stably held between the erected portions 13. Since the number of portions that require stringent dimension control and high machining accuracy can be reduced, productivity can be improved.

  • Publication number: 20110295536
Abstract: There is provided a method for analyzing a jitter of a clock flowing in a clock path inside a semiconductor integrated circuit. Elements, which belong to any clock domains except for a selected clock domain among operation scenario information, are brought into a halting state, to create a domain operation scenario. Using the domain operation scenario, a power-supply noise analysis is performed on a clock used in the selected clock domain for a period of one to several cycles, to obtain a domain power-supply noise waveform. The obtained waveform is repeatedly connected, to create a cyclic waveform. Part of the cyclic waveform is halted, to obtain a processed domain power-supply noise waveform. The processed domain power-supply noise waveform obtained with respect to each clock domain is superimposed, to create a power-supply noise waveform. Based on the created waveform, a jitter of the clock flowing in the clock path is calculated.

  • Publication number: 20090086868
Abstract: A clock data recovery circuit which reproduces clock contained in data sequence from data sequence which is serially input includes a digital control oscillator outputting reproduced clock whose frequency is controlled according to a control signal. A phase comparator compares a phase of the data sequence and a phase of the reproduced clock. A digital control circuit produces the control signal in accordance with an output of the phase comparator, first control information indicating a first period for which the frequency of the reproduced clock is changed, and a second control information indicating a number of steps by which the frequency of the reproduced clock is changed.

  • Patent number: 5475321
Abstract: The present invention provides a feedback control circuit for controlling the operation of an sense amplifier circuit in accordance with the feedback of an output signal to the AND array, for a PLD having an ITD circuit. The feedback control circuit includes a storage element for storing data as to whether or not an output signal is fed back to the AND array, and a read-out circuit for reading out the data of the storage element. With the data read out from the storage element, a pulse signal output from the ITD circuit for detecting a change in the output signal is supplied to the sense amplifier circuit so as to set it in an enable state when the output signal is fed back to the AND array, and the supply of the pulse signal to the sense amplifier circuit is inhibited so as to set it in the disable state when the output signal is not fed back to the AND array.
