  • Publication number: 20230291362
Abstract: Disclosed is a temperature compensation circuit including: a first current path to perform temperature compensation on a second transistor in a first temperature range; and a second current path having a diode which goes to an on state in a second temperature range higher than the first temperature range, to perform temperature compensation on the second transistor by means of a current flowing through the diode in the on state.

  • Publication number: 20220407468
Abstract: A Doherty amplifier includes: a first amplifying element to amplify a first signal; a second amplifying element to amplify a second signal having a phase difference with the first signal; a first transmission line connected to an output terminal of the first amplifying element; and a second transmission line connected to an output terminal of the second amplifying element, wherein the first transmission line and the second transmission line are equal to each other in characteristic impedance, the phase difference between the first signal and the second signal is not equal to a difference in electrical length between the second transmission line and the first transmission line, and the first signal having passed through the first transmission line and the second signal having passed through the second transmission line are subjected to different phase synthesis.

  • Patent number: 11349515
Abstract: A first inductor is connected to an input terminal through a capacitive element. To the first inductor, an anti-parallel diode pair including a first diode and a second diode, and a second inductor are connected. The first inductor and the anti-parallel diode pair are coupled to each other by an electromagnetic field, thereby forming a coupling capacitance.

  • Patent number: 11228173
Abstract: A switch element is arranged between an input terminal and an output terminal. A signal from the input terminal is distributed by a capacitative element and supplied to the cathode side of a diode. An inductor is connected to the cathode side of the diode, and a smoothing circuit including a capacitative element and a resistor is connected to the anode side. The switch element has a control terminal connected to the anode of the diode, and turns off a path between the input terminal and the output terminal when a voltage is applied to the control terminal.

  • Patent number: 10511267
Abstract: A multifinger transistor in which source fingers (201 to 206) and drain fingers (301 to 305) are arranged alternately with each of gate fingers (101 to 110) being sandwiched between one of the source fingers and one of the drain fingers is used. Line (10) and line (20) are attached to the source fingers (201 to 206) in an area on a gate side and causing a phase rotation such that the nearer to a central part a gate finger is, the more inductive the gate finger is.
