  • Patent number: 10433712
Abstract: An outer port sheathing an overtube, includes: a first cylindrical member having a distal end opening from which the overtube is delivered; a second cylindrical member that is rotatably connected to the first cylindrical member and has a base end opening into which the overtube is introduced; rotation restriction means that restricts rotation of the overtube with respect to the second cylindrical member; a spring member that is deformable between a rotation locked state where rotation of the second cylindrical member with respect to the first cylindrical member is restricted by engagement of the spring member with the first cylindrical member, and a rotation unlocked state where the engagement is released and the rotation is allowed; and a rotation operating member that is rotatable in an axial direction of the second cylindrical member and deforms the spring member between the rotation locked state and the rotation unlocked state.

  • Patent number: 10398291
Abstract: An overtube to be inserted into a body wall is provided with an endoscope insertion passage and a treatment tool insertion passage, the treatment tool insertion passage is provided parallel to a reference axis of the overtube, and the endoscope insertion passage is provided obliquely to the reference axis. A slider, which is engaged with the endoscope and the treatment tool inserted through the respective insertion passages and causes the endoscope and the treatment tool to interlock with each other and move forward and backward, is arranged inside the overtube so as to be movable in a forward-backward direction of the overtube. An endoscope engagement part engaged with the endoscope in the slider is movable in an upward-downward direction, and moves upward and downward along the position of the oblique endoscope insertion passage together with the movement of the slider in the forward-backward direction.

  • Patent number: 10376135
Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide an endoscopic surgery device and an outer tube, capable of easily obtaining an image desired by an operator to facilitate treatment as well as of performing minimally invasive surgery. In the endoscopic surgery device and the outer tube, an endoscope and a treatment tool are inserted into a body cavity through an outer tube. The outer tube is provided with a built-in slider. The slider is provided so as to be axially movable in the outer tube body. The endoscope and the treatment tool, inserted into the outer tube, are held by the slider. Moving the treatment tool allows endoscope to be moved in conjunction with the movement of the treatment tool.

  • Patent number: 10368723
Abstract: An endoscope and a treatment tool which are inserted into an outer tube can move back and forth in interlock with each other, and an operation part of the treatment tool can be prevented from interfering with a proximal end of the endoscope when inserting the treatment tool into the outer tube. An endoscopic surgery device satisfies the following expressions: Lt?Ls<Lh, and Lh?Ls1+Ls+t, where Lt is a length of the outer tube, Ls is a length of a hard part of the insertion part of the endoscope, Lh is a length of a hard part of the insertion part of the treatment tool, Ls1 is a minimum projection length of a distal end of the insertion part of the treatment tool with respect to a distal end of the insertion part of the endoscope, and t is an allowance amount.

  • Publication number: 20190200846
Abstract: An insertion part of an endoscope and an insertion part of a treatment tool, which are inserted in an outer tube, can be synchronously moved in the axial direction, and, even when the insertion part of the treatment tool is slightly moved in the axial direction, an excellent endoscopic image without shake is obtained. When a treatment tool of an endoscopic surgery device moves by a displacement amount over an allowance amount, an endoscope moves in interlock with the movement of the treatment tool. Moreover, the treatment tool 50 moves in the axial direction with the allowance amount t with respect to the endoscope 10. Therefore, when the treatment tool is moved by a displacement amount of allowance amount or less, the endoscope does not move. By providing such allowance amount, slight movement of the treatment tool is not transmitted to the endoscope.

  • Publication number: 20190192187
Abstract: Provided is an endoscopic surgical device and an overtube with which a surgeon can easily obtain a desired image and operability is high. The overtube includes a slider within an overtube body, which guides an endoscope and a treatment tool into a body cavity. An endoscope-coupled part and a treatment tool-coupled part are provided inside the slider, and the slider has a dead zone where the forward and backward movement of either the endoscope or the treatment tool does not interlock with the movement of the other and a sensing zone where the forward and backward movement of either the endoscope or the treatment tool interlocks with the movement of the other. F1>F2 is satisfied when a fixing force for fixing the endoscope-coupled part to the endoscope tool is defined as F1 and a fixing force for fixing the treatment tool-coupled part to the treatment tool is defined as F2.

  • Patent number: 10292576
Abstract: A surgical device, an outer tube, an endoscope, and a treatment tool that have a simple configuration and excellent operability are provided. The outer tube includes a slider in an outer tube body. When the endoscope and the treatment tool are inserted into the outer tube, the endoscope and treatment tool are held by an endoscope holding part and a treatment tool holding part each being provided in the slider so as to be integrated. When the treatment tool is moved in the axial direction, the endoscope is moved in the axial direction in interlock with the movement. In the outer tube, the opening type hermetic valve part for the endoscope in a valve member has the inner diameter larger than the inner diameter of the elastic member for causing the endoscope holding part to hold the endoscope.

  • Patent number: 10251533
Abstract: The outer tube includes two insertion holes which are formed in a cross-sectional D-shape via a partition wall provided in the central part in a cross-section vertical to respective axial directions of the insertion holes. A slit of a valve body located in the insertion hole is disposed along reference line passing through centers of respective arcs of the insertion holes as seen from the axial directions of the insertion holes. Therefore, two leaflets of the slit abut on an arc edge of the insertion hole and a D-shaped cut part of the partition wall respectively when the insertion part of the treatment tool is internally fitted, and they are deformed into the same shape. Since there is no difference in stress applied to two leaflets, it is possible to secure the airtightness by the slit over a long period of time.
