    Abstract: An ultrasound diagnostic apparatus according to an embodiment includes transmitting and receiving circuitry, adding circuitry, and image generating circuitry, and control circuitry. The transmitting and receiving circuitry performs, more than once on the same scan line, an ultrasound transmission and reception repeatedly performed with phase polarities being inverted on the same scan line, according to a number set as a scan condition parameter. The adding circuitry adds together reflected wave data received as a result of the ultrasound transmission and receptions. The image generating circuitry generates an image by using the reflected wave data that have been added together. The control circuitry controls the transmitting and receiving circuitry, based on a relation between the number of the ultrasound transmission and receptions and a scan condition parameter other than the number.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, an ultrasound diagnosis apparatus includes a tomographic image data generator, a blood flow information generator, a change detector, and a condition changing unit. The tomographic image data generator sequentially obtains tomographic image data of a subject for a plurality of times. The blood flow information generator performs processing on a reception signal based on signal processing conditions including a velocity threshold related to blood flow information of the subject to obtain the blood flow information. The change detector detects the magnitude of change in the time axis direction of a plurality of pieces of tomographic image data for different times. The condition changing unit changes the signal processing conditions based on the magnitude of change in the time axis direction. When the signal processing conditions are changed, the blood flow information generator performs the processing based on changed signal processing conditions.

    Abstract: Volume data are collected by swing scanning in which frames in different field angle settings are mixed by a wide scan set at a wide field angle to image a diagnostic target and an index part for recognizing the position of the diagnostic target and by a narrow scan set at a field angle ?2 narrower than the field angle in the wide scan to image the diagnostic target with high time resolution. Then, the wide ultrasonic image is used to set spatial coordinates based on the index part. The spatial coordinates are used to align the narrow ultrasonic image. While this positional relation is being maintained, the wide ultrasonic image, the narrow ultrasonic image and a given ultrasonic image are displayed in a predetermined form.

    Abstract: The invention provides a reclaiming processing method for a delaminated wafer, by which the delaminated wafer obtained as a by-produce at the time of producing a bonded wafer is subjected to reclaiming polishing and is again available as a bond wafer or a base wafer, wherein, in the reclaiming polishing, the delaminate wafer is polished with use of a double-side polisher in a state that oxide film is not formed on a delaminated surface of the delaminated wafer and oxide film is formed on a back side which is the opposite side of the delaminated surface. The decomposing unit decomposes ultrasound image data into low-frequency and high-frequency decomposed image data at each of a predetermined number of levels, by a multi-resolution analysis. The diffusion filter unit applies a diffusion filter to the low-frequency and high-frequency decomposed image data at the lowest level and applies, at each of the levels other than the lowest, a diffusion filter to data output from the level immediately underneath and to the high-frequency decomposed image data, and also generates edge information for each of the levels. The adjusting unit adjusts a signal level of the high-frequency decomposed image data for each of the levels, based on the edge information. The reconstructing unit obtains corrected data of the ultrasound image data by performing a multi-resolution synthesis.
