Patent number: 10380674Abstract: The present embodiments provide a system for generating design palettes over a network. In one embodiment, the system comprises a database configured to store design product data corresponding to one or more design features of a plurality of design products. A user interface is configured to allow submission of information specifying one or more requested design features. An e-palette server is in operative communication with the database and the user interface. The e-palette server is configured to receive the requested design features and to generate a subset of the design products. Each design product in the subset of the design products shares at least one design feature in common with the requested design features. An e-palette generator is configured to generate a design palette including at least one design product from the subset of design products and to send the design palette to the user interface for display.Type: GrantFiled: November 25, 2015Date of Patent: August 13, 2019Assignee: MOMENTUM TEXTILES, LLCInventors: Gerald Thomas Freeman, Tamara Davis

Publication number: 20160035015Abstract: A system for generating design sample palettes over a network includes a database storing design products related to a plurality of categories of commercial products from a plurality of manufacturers. Interface circuitry displays the plurality of categories of commercial products and filtering criteria on a user interface and a sample palette server in operative communication with the database and the interface circuitry receives a user selection of one or more filtering criteria specifying one or more requested design features and updates the user interface to display a subset of the design products sharing at least one feature in common with the requested design features. Palette generating circuitry receives a second selection of a plurality of design products from the displayed subset of design products and generates a graphical representation of a sample palette including graphical images of the plurality of design products on the user interface.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 30, 2015Publication date: February 4, 2016Inventors: Gerald Thomas Freeman, Tamara Davis

Publication number: 20150348161Abstract: The present embodiments provide systems for generating sample(s) requests, pricelists, technical data, and sample books orders over a network. In one embodiment, a database stores design products related to a plurality of categories of commercial products from a plurality of manufacturers. Interface circuitry displays the plurality of categories of commercial products along with filtering criteria that may be selected by a user. A sample palette server is in operative communication with the database and the interface circuitry and receives a user selection of one or more filtering criteria specifying one or more requested design features. The sample palette server generates a subset of the design products sharing at least one design feature in common with the requested design features.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 2, 2015Publication date: December 3, 2015Inventors: Gerald Thomas Freeman, Tamara Davis

Patent number: 7909400Abstract: A child safety seat system and the corresponding method of using a modular child safety seat assembly to compensate for the stature changes of a growing child. The child safety seat system utilizes a base shell that is strapped into an automobile using the automobile seat belt restraints. A plurality of interchangeable seating inserts are provided. Each of the seating inserts has a cushioned seat. The thickness of the cushioning used depends upon the targeted age of a child and is engineered to maintain the child's shoulders within a specific range of heights relative to the base shell. An attachment mechanism is used to attach a selected seating insert to the base shell. As a child outgrows a seating insert, that seating insert is removed from the base shell and is replaced with a seating insert sized for a larger child.Type: GrantFiled: April 2, 2007Date of Patent: March 22, 2011Inventors: Todd Delaney, Tamara Davis
